• Property treated for pests. Lakes provide habitat for a variety of creatures. The owner is not responsible for wildlife or insects.
• Guests using motorized water toys must adhere to Lake Murray's NO WAKE zones. Close to the docks is a NO WAKE ZONE. If you want to boat, tube or jet ski, please go into bigger water.
• Children must be supervised by an adult when on the dock, swimming, or using any water toys as needed.
• We hope you'll enjoy the water toys (kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, paddle boats) during your stay. We kindly ask that after use, please carry the equipment back to the designated area against the house. Please avoid dragging them across the grass, concrete, or stones to help keep everything in good condition.

• To provide a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, primary guests must be at least 25 years old to book accommodations with us.
• As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate. The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $3,000 for content and $3,000 for dwelling. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and PMI Palmetto will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request.

Casa Lago, a beautiful paradise at the shores of Lake Murray on Porth Circle, Lexington, South Carolina. A luxury vacation home, completely remodeled in 2022. The guest cottage is included with your reservation. Endless viewpoints stretch all the way across the lake with a view of Little Mountain. Private boat ramp, dock, and walk-in swimming area. Smokeless fire pit, fishing equipment, kayaks, and paddleboards included.

A fully equipped kitchen accommodates large groups. Vaulted ceilings in the living area with a 77" TV and huge luxury leather couch Enjoy games or dining around the large bowling alley lane table in the "wooden" room or shoot some pool in our billiards area. The master suite on the main level features a king-size bed, 55" TV, patio access, and a private bath with an LED light show in the shower. Also on the main level, is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and built-in bunk beds. The upstairs master suite has a king bed, a 44" TV, and a huge private bath with an enormous shower. The second-floor guest bedroom has two queen beds, a 55" tv, and one of the best views. Over in the guest cottage, there is a main-level master bedroom with a king bed, a full bathroom, and a secret garden area for a moment of peace. The upstairs guest room has a queen bed with a private bath/shower. In the loft, there are two daybeds each with trundles.
