"The hotel is very nice. The lobby is gorgeous - too bad the lobby bar was not open, but the restaurant/bar was. The pool was lovely and there is a very small game room that is very warm outside of the pool. 99% of the staff we interacted with was super friendly. The room was clean and included a couch, ottoman and work space along with the refrigerator, coffee pot, etc. There is a pretty busy street behind the hotel and I did hear traffic, mostly in the morning. "The staff was very friendly, especially the young lady working on Christmas Eve and Christmas evening. We used the gym and it was good. We specifically booked this hotel because it had a hot tub and we were very disappointed that it was not in working order. "

"The property is new and the rooms still have that new room smell - lovely! The area around the hotel is being developed. This hotel has limited office hours and appears to have mostly long-term guests. The family that runs the hotel are very kind. Some suggestions: add some kind of towel bar and hooks in the bathroom and the wash cloths could be a better quality - one they get wet, they almost disintegrate."
