The 6BR at Coastal Club has 5 BR, 3 MBR suites, 4 full baths and sleeps up to 12 including the queen sleeper sofa and has  nearly 5,000 square feet of living space.

The gourmet kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dishwasher, disposal, through the door ice maker and water,  natural gas stove and oven.  Clothes washer and dryer in home for your use.

Oversized Screened in Porch looks out over your back yard.

Finished basement entertainment room with incredible 85" HDTV.

Huge TVs:
There is a new Huge 85" HDTVs in the entertainment room, 2 - 65" TVs  (one in the upstairs and main floor family rooms and 49" TVs in Most of the Bedrooms w XFinity cable TV and wifi internet service and WIFI throughout the home (Comcast's version of FIOS). The home features 10 foot ceilings and a spacious open and airy floor-plan.

Coastal Club Amenities:
The amenities include multiple pools including a water park with large water slide and pirate boat fountains and an adult infinity pool, tennis courts, pickleball, fitness gym, restaurant, swim-up bar, clubhouse and  a wonderful indoor pool w lap lanes and an incredible Hot Tub and more!!

You’ll also love strolling along the 3 miles of wooded walking trails.

6 Bedrooms featuring 2 master bedroom suites, each with new King  Beds and Premium Mattresses.  One Master bedroom is located on the main floor and the other is located on the top floor of this spectacular home.    4 additional bedrooms including 2 with Queen Beds, one bedroom with a Queen bed and a twin bed and another bedroom that has 2 twin beds. 

Extra Large HDTVs including 1 in the family room and downstairs in the Entertainment Room.

Street Parking

The Coastal Club Community limits the number of passenger vehicles that each home can park on the street to two (2) vehicles.  You will find two (2) Coastal Club Parking Placards in your home upon your arrival.  A Coastal Club Parking Placard must be displayed on the mirror or dashboard of each vehicle that is parked on the street during your stay.  

Please prioritize the usage of the garage and driveway parking to reduce the number of cars parked on the street.

Linens Package Option: 
Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the home.  However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included.  For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival. 

The Linens Package includes the following items:

1 Deluxe Towel Set per Person based on the Property`s Maximum Overnight Occupancy

Set Includes: 1-Deluxe 54x27 Bath Towel, 1-30x16 Hand Towel and 1-12x12 Washcloth

1 High Quality Deep Pocket Fitted Bed Sheet Set per Bed based on the Property`s Bed Count  

Set Includes: 1 high quality fitted bottom and flat top sheets.  1 pillowcase for singles, 2 pillowcases for doubles and queens, and 2 king pillowcases for king sets

1 Bathmat per Full Bathroom based on the properties Full Bathroom Count
FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival.  You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.  For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation. 
Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.

Lighthouse Club Amenities Passes
The Lighthouse Club Amenities Pass is an additional fee that is separate from your reservation and should be reserved prior to your arrival to avoid a late fee during the Summer Season. The purchase of amenities passes is not required to stay in the Coastal Club Community.  Only purchase passes for those in your group that plan to use the amenities.  Children under the age of 5 are free when accompanied by an adult who has purchased a pass. The Lighthouse Club Amenities include access to the Clubhouse, Children Playroom, Indoor Bar and Dinning Area, Fitness Center, Yoga Room, Indoor Pool, Outdoor Tennis/Pickleball Courts and Bocce Ball Courts.  During the Summer Season the amenities also include access to the Leisure Pool with Swim-Up Bar, Splash Pool with Water Slide, and the Upper Deck Bar and Restaurant.   Club Amenities are not available to renters on Saturdays until 4:00pm during the Summer Season. For additional Information click on the Life at Coastal Club Link  The amenities pass is a Lighthouse Club feature and is not owned or operated by Bethany Beach Home Rentals.

Coastal Club Community
Coastal Club is an extraordinary community that is rich with amenities.  Situated around a 42-acre nature preserve with 5-acre pond, bordered by rolling woods and offering amenities unlike any other community in the Lewes and Rehoboth Area. Coastal Club puts you moments from the beach and close to everything you love about beach life. You can easily head over to Rehoboth Beach for the day, or enjoy fishing on the waterways and ocean. You can also explore Cape Henlopen State Park or head over to nearby Route 1 for the area’s best shopping. Beaches Nearby
Less than 5 miles to Downtown Lewes, 6 miles to Lewes Beach, 7 miles to Cape Henlopen State Park and Beaches and 8 miles to Rehoboth Beach.  Take the beach shuttle that leaves 1 mile from Coastal Club with free parking and travels to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk - it has its own travel lane on Rte 1 so it zooms past traffic.

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest.  However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space.  These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.

What we needed
We stayed here over the holidays and the property was great for us. We needed a large number of bedrooms. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and it was nice to access to the indoor pool and gym. There were a few small repair issues that need to be fixed and we could have used a few more garbage bags (about which we have since notified the propery owner) but overall, we can recommend this rental.

Nice community, but not totally as advertised
Pictures that are shown in listing are not the most accurate, as the house shows a little more wear and tear, overgrown front yard bushes, etc…. It is not brand new, like you would expect in the picture. For instance, There is also a house built behind it, so the yard shown in back is inaccurate as well. The rooms and layouts and mattresses were great. They felt new and the rooms / space / layout was ideal for the family we had. The common space we congregated around was the kitchen and it was nice and easy for us to manage and navigate from morning to afternoon to night. Community and amenities were great and a real lifesaver as we needed the pool access multiple days with the little ones and not trying to dk the beach every time. Management company and community contacts were fantastic. They made it nice when we had a few things that needed addressed while on our trip. They were great. Overall, would stay here again with adjusted expectations.

Great home for family get together
This house had plenty of room for our family to be together to celebrate my moms 90th birthday. Only issue we had real problems with is a leaking ceiling from a/c. Notified them and was aware of problem- waiting on repair. Always answered any questions promptly.

Awesome Family Vacation!
The property was the perfect size for our family and friends. We loved the pool at the Club House and the screened in porch at the house, not to mention the expansive basement that was loved by our teens!!! Definitely would recommend it to others. Peace, Kim

Lovely new home in great community!
We rented this home for family members in town for my son's wedding and it worked out very well for them. Lot's of room and very clean. They very much enjoyed the club house and the awesome pool area. They were even able to garage their car which was an added bonus. 5 star!
