"Really comfortable. Amazing hosts. The owner spent some time with us both during our stay and just before we left. He shared his experience and great knowledge of his animals with us and ultimately made us feel extremely welcome. The facilities were very well thought out from the welcome pack to even providing mobile phone power packs. Overall, faultless. "
"We had a one night stay to attend a concert at Sandringham. The property was in a great location for us to travel onto the concert later, providing a break for us. Food was available by request in the pub/bar which looked very clean and fab decor. We did not eat here as we had other plans. We had the accessible room which was accessed by its own outside door. "Even though my visit was short the staff were very friendly and welcoming upon arrival, food was very nice even though it wasn't my first choice. The room was lovely and clean, the bed was nice and comfy. There was a couple of issues with the room, the remote for the tv didn't work, the bed moved about a lot and the ledge above the sink was in the way so was trying to avoid bumping my head to look in the mirror, but overall a very good stay, i would come back. Also Breakfast was very nice"

Really lovely hotel, run by an amazing couple Sam & Richard. Nothing is a bother for them. They go above and beyond.
Car park areas for approx 3 cars at hotel, but they also have another larger car park area essentially just around corner. Always got parked there too.
We stayed in the Deluxe Double Rooms with Ensuite with wonderful showers.

"I wouldn't recommend this owner and his property to no one, As he scammed us. We booked the lodge the one he showed on the website but when we arrived at the place he told us that property isnt available and he offered us another ridiculous place to stay, when we entered there omg it was dirty, the toielt was blocked and it was big mess. We rang him back and told him, we can't stay her and you scammed us, he replied i dont want to argue, cancel the booking and ask for the refund. We did try to...
"It was a really well presented place in the heart of KL. Modern with all the facilities you could want and more, I particularly liked the communal kitchen area.
It wasn't the hotel I was supposed to be staying in, I ended up there due to a mix up, but I'm glad I did. Couldn't fault it.
I was a bit fazed by the technical check in system due to worry about it actually working but it was fine.
