Rent independent, air-conditioned semi-detached house, currently the photos shown are of the ground floor apartment with 2 double bedrooms, a total of 4 beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and private veranda. While the first floor apartment (always independent) will be composed of two double bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and private terrace, where it is currently still being completed. The garden is shared by both apartments, complete of relaxation areas, swing, barbecue, hammock, beach deckchairs and an above-ground swimming pool measuring 3.60x3.60
Excellent for a totally relaxing holiday with your family, or taking the entire house, to share in groups of friends or large families with a total of 4 rooms and the possibility of adding a couple of beds up to a total of 8 beds /10
The house is in a strategic point with the most beautiful areas of Salento just a few km away, because being located in the center of the two seas, on north wind days you can enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches or cliffs of the coast of Ionian Sea, just 6km from Porto Cesareo, 10km from the wonderful beaches of Torre Lapillo, 20km from Santa Maria al Bagno and on sirocco days you can reach the other beautiful Adriatic coast in just a few km such as the beautiful Torre Chianca, San Foca , Torre dell'ORSO, Otranto, and in the evening, 19km away, visit the beautiful Baroque-style city of Lecce.
Being a holiday home, breakfast is not included.
Cleaning during the stay is not included, but can be requested with a supplement by asking directly on site
Bed linen and towels are included in the living room. They are not changed as there is a washing machine but you can request a change directly on site with a supplement.
Pets are welcome unless previously agreed with the host, relying on basic respect towards the garden, guests, the interior of the house and any damage, cleaning etc.
