"Dealing with Expedia was terrible, I book first time got no confirmation, so I called them they said my first booking didn’t go through, refund would be sent back and so I booked again. We got to park a couple weeks later and found I had 2 units booked and I only needed one. I got a partial refund. Next time just book direct."

There were,however, some annoying issues with the property and we found the property description not to be wholly accurate. 1. There were no towels of any kind provided despite the property description saying they were - we managed to get some bath towels from the site office but had to buy hand towels / tea towels. 2. "Me and my 5 friends stayed here for 3 nights. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. The organisation and commucation with the house owner and the lady that welcomed us at the park was great. The house itself is very nice, clean and has a nice outdoor area. The sauna is very small so that only 2 (max 3) people fit in. The described 'pool' is not really a pool but rather a bathtub with jacuzzi functions. I was not surprised by that, because I asked for that info beforehand. But I think this wording...
