"Hotel espetacular, localizado na cordilheira de Cortina. Café da manhã farto e com grande variedade. Cortesia dos funcionários. A região é fantástica. Ficamos literalmente no meio da neve. O acesso ao hotel, embora seja nas montanhas, é limpo todos os dias em época de neve e conseguimos chegar, transitar e sair com muita segurança. Única observação foi o controle de temperatura do quarto, pois ainda que tenham tentado resolver, não se mantinha regulado. Sentimos falta de amenidades simples, como uma cafeteira no quarto ou garrafa elétrica com chás, pois numa época tão fria, com o hotel cercado de neve, um chá quente reconforta o físico. "

"This hotel it’s on a perfect location of the town, has a parking and has wonderful people working there. It’s a cozy hotel, really familiar style, everyone was extremely nice to us. We were in the double simple room first, it’s cozy perfect for 2 friends, then we received a really nice upgrade for the room with balcony with a nice view from the mountain. They have renovated very nicely the rooms, it’s very clean and with charm. The breakfast has everything that we needed in a super cute room. Only point less good I would say the bathrooms could be a bit upgraded. But for the kindness, the careful about the costumers they definitely deserve a 5⭐️"

"Hotel should close doors. Stinks! Internet speed is ridiculous. Crew is upnosed and bad mooded. 25 Euros Per person for breakfast. Garage is dirty and tight for 40 EUROS/NIGHT. There is a sadness in the air. Rooms must be updated and equipped. Decoration does not exist in the rooms. Un unfortunate experience. Location is great. "
