"Two couples on our 70's stayed for two nights in June. Communication was great, .with Diana andwering all of our detailed questions. Checkin was easy. The facility and setting was as described: clean, very well supplied and charming. Our favorite feature was the shaded patio overlooking the Shell Rock river. The deck above was not as impressive. A steakhouse and pub are witin easy walking distance. A walking path along the river leads to a nice park and war memorial. Some of us attended water...

"As they tell you it is the second oldest continuously run hotel in the states. This means it's old. It also makes it unique in many ways. Loved the elevator music! Cedar Falls is a great small town"
