"Rooms were a bit dated, but adequate. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Showers need some faucet updating. Carpets in rooms and hallways need some deep cleaning. Card locks on all exterior doors are deactivated, but we otherwise had no security concerns as the location of the property is a bit remote. TV channel options were abundant. Parking was always available. Breakfast is the usual, but average to above average in taste/quality and staff were great. Front end staff were very helpful....

"So many hotel options in Sioux Falls…unfortunately due to NXR and other local events, many hotels were full. This hotel was clean and comfortable and is expecting an update soon (said complete by Nov ‘24 but nothing had started when we were actually there in Nov ‘24). This hotel was much more expensive than other local options and I’m not sure why-doesn’t even include a breakfast and the hotel pool is very small. Would probably chose elsewhere next time we’re in town."

"The breakfast in the morning at the hotel was a terrible choice and they seemed short staffed and quite unfriendly. The check-in staff were nice and accommodating however. Extremely convenient when attending a concert. "

"The property is obviously an older hotel and is being kept up as best as business will allow. Things like shower curtain rods disconnected from wall on one end, lighting switches being mislabeled, and locks to rooms being difficult to function. The final negative is the restaurant is now a Boss Pizza. The restaurant is easily the biggest negative to this place - food is ok, staff is not. Long waits for food and staff is inattentive. The Pluses for this location are the hotel staff - friendly and...
