"The hotel is pretty cozy, everything was very clean and the staff was amazing. They will not clean your room every day, I guess you need to ask; breakfast could start earlier (starts at 8AM), but when I needed to leave early they provided me a backup breakfast. There is an opportunity for them to open a restaurant for dinner in the venue, however there are plenty in the region. I would definitely stay there again."

"I and my boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kalyana. The staff were wonderful, warm and welcoming. Responsive to questions / pre-bookings prior to our arrival from the US. We stayed in one of the wooden bedroom private pool villas. It was absolutely gorgeous - serene, and private. I was worried about mosquitos as it’s completely surrounded by rice fields. "This hotel was a real nice find! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was 10 minutes drive from the port and 30- 40 mins drive to some of the main tourist attractions. Which, for the size of the island, is about as close as you get whilst still being near the main area and restaurants. Very friendly hotel pets always looking for cuddles (1 dog, 2 cats). A lovely pool but could really do with some sun loungers! That is my only suggestion. We loved it here "

The swimming pool although small in size is clean. The room has more than sufficient amenities for this price. The air conditioner works great. The staff is professional. You will be happy."
