Villa Zenitude is the perfect romantic getaway for a couple. Nestled in a lush tropical garden, it's located in the exclusive gated area of Terres Basses, one if the most desirable locations on the island.

The owners have attended to every detail with exquisite taste - designer furniture, highest quality linens, towels, dinner ware etc.

The air conditioned villa features a very large bedroom suite with a king size bed, a tiled shower bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that opens up onto a large deck with a plunge pool and shaded gazebo. There you will enjoy your drinks while watching the sunset over Baie Longue and listen to the birds in the palm trees and hibiscus flowers.

A meridienne can serve as a bed for a third guest and a crib is available on request.

The many amenities include flat screen television with Chrome Cast, Optical fiberinternet connection and Bose Sound Link Bluetooth speaker. Also the villa is covered by an automatic electrical generator and a cistern in case of breakdown.

Villa Zenitude is located within the owner's 3.5 acres park, far enough from the residence to offer you absolute privacy but close enough should you need any assistance.

A ten minute stroll through the private road and tropical landscape of Terres Basses takes you to the gorgeous Plum Baie beach, a little further to the long stretch of Baie Longue, both private, safe and never crowded.

You will be ten minute driving distance from the airport and the village of Maho, with the golf course and a vibrant nightlife with restaurants, nightclubs and casinos (and of course more beaches).

In the other direction you will find Marigot, the Capitol of the French side of the island with shops, restaurants, bakeries and an outdoor market.

Five minute driving from your villa is a marvelous French market with produce, meats, fish and specialties flown in weekly from Paris.

You will feel very welcome in Villa Zenitude where all comforts - and a bottle of champagne - awaits you.

Thank you so much Lionel and Micheline. This was one of the very best vacation experiences we have ever had. Your kind attention and care added so much to our beautiful time in Ste. Martin and were so helpful and welcoming. The villa offered beautiful gardens and privacy. The kitchen offered everything we needed to cook for ourselves and the BBQ was spectacular. We really enjoyed looking at the view of the ocean and dipping in the pool every day, from the private deck. We felt so at home at Villa Zenitude. We look forward to seeing you again soon! Merci beaucoup Lionel et Micheline. Ce fut l’une des meilleures expériences de vacances que nous ayons jamais vécues. Votre aimable attention et vos soins ont tellement ajouté à notre beau séjour à Ste. Martin et étaient très serviables et accueillants. La villa offrait de beaux jardins et de l'intimité. La cuisine offrait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour cuisiner nous-mêmes et le barbecue était spectaculaire. Nous avons vraiment apprécié admirer la vue sur l'océan et plonger dans la piscine tous les jours depuis la terrasse privée. Nous nous sommes sentis tellement chez nous à la Villa Zenitude. St. Martin Villa
Villa was very nice and clean. We had a very relaxing trip. Beaches were nearby. Lionel was very accommodating. One item to note is that laundry service is available and will be returned to you the next day. The washer and dryer are not in the villa.

Private with beautiful garden
This villa is kept very clean and has everything you might need for your stay. Several private beaches are perfect for a day in the sun without any crowds. The host was very accommodating. Note that there are (friendly) dogs on the property. Being a countryside villa, we did have an issue at night with mosquitoes entering through cracks in the front door and a couple very large cockroaches lurking in the bathroom.

Perfect location, well stocked, very private
WE had a wonderful sty at Lionel and Micheline's Villa Zenitude. We stay in many VRBo properties and this is the best stocked one yet! The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and stocked, there were SO many towels, there was snorkel equipment, the island info was informative,... it had everything we needed. The villa is situated so there is plenty of privacy, just perfect for a week with your loved one. We will definitely stay here again. The Terres Basses is perfectly situated to enjoy Plum Bay, Long Bay and Bay Rouge and Happy Beach and Pinel are within a 30 minute drive. L'Express is wonderful for morning pastries and coffee and we highly recommend BE KOOL at Marina Royale. This is a gem of a VRBO!

PARADISE
Planning our vacation in St. Martins, I checked way over 100 villas , studio's appartments. I'm sure I couldn't have made a better choice , than choosing the Villa Zenitude. I was contacted by the host , Lionel, very soon after I booked the villa, and he gave me all info's I needed, including, the contact of the best car rental company. Lionel waited for us at the Airport on arrival, showed us the way to the villa, and together with Micheline , told us where we can find shop's , gas stations, supermarkets and everithing else. Regarding the Villa Zenitude, is everything you hope to be, you will find inside everything you need, for the beach, for cooking, and does't matter what kind of coffee you like, you will find an appliance to prepare it. The view from the outside deck is amazing, specially at sunset. To make the story short, our vacation was perfect , and I congratulate myselff for choosing the Villa Zenitude as our home base.

Just what I needed!
This property is one of the best! I've stayed in many vacation villas and homes and this one ranks at the top. The hosts are so accommodating and helpful. From assisting in arranging my my rental car to assisting with the delivery of my provisions prior to my arrival. I could not have asked for more. The property is beautiful and with sweeping views. We loved our stay. Plum Beach (super close) was the best beach, security was awesome and we always felt safe, hosts were super nice and we couldn’t believe how clean it all was. St. Martin Get Away
We had the privilege to stay at the Villa for 8 days. Lionel and Micheline were wonderful and very knowledgeable hosts. They have beautiful property. The stay was very quiet as well as restful. The restaurants that they suggested were great as well as places to go. It was a perfect blend of being on our own but having someone you know you could go to for advice.

A Piece of Heaven
This beautiful villa in the quiet neighborhood of French Les Terres Basses checked all the boxes for us. Natural setting, quiet, private plunge pool, beautiful villa. Micheline met us at the airport after a long day of travel and immediately made us feel welcome! The property is beautiful and well equipped; everything you could need was provided. Beach chairs/towels, umbrella, coolers, snorkeling equipment...everything. The welcome champagne was so thoughtful and appreciated. She was helpful with dining and shopping suggestions. Above all, the property was quiet, private, and peaceful. We can't wait to return!

Villa Zenitude is such a beautiful Villa. Micheline was a perfect host, very kind, friendly and eager to please. The Villa is private, in a secure neighborhood, near 2, beautiful, uncrowded beaches with the most gorgeous, turquoise water. We love Villa Zenitude!
We had a magical experience at Villa Zenitude! Micheline and Lionel were fantastic hosts - Lionel even met us at the airport and took us to pick up our rental car! The house and the property are relaxing and so comfortable. The house is a quick 10 minute drive from Marigot, and everything on the island is within 30 or so minutes. They prepared a full book full of maps, restaurant and beach recommendations and we loved every single one of their suggestions. We can't recommend this villa enough!

Eat. Rest. Love...at Villa Zenitude The perfect place to unplug and reconnect. Privacy and tranquility to lounge indoors & out. The villa is brilliantly designed and artfully decorated. The walled garden estate is serene and secure. Located within a gated community near quiet, white sand beaches. The in-deck pool felt calming day and night. Swim under a galaxy of stars. Spot evening fireflies. Bask in the sun or enjoy a comfortable seat in the shade. Sweeping coastal views melted into stunning sunsets. The open, well stocked kitchen was loaded with quality implements and solid appliances. (One pulled perfect espresso shots in 20 seconds.) Extras included a large fruit basket and bottle of champagne. Our gracious, cultured hosts thought of everything, down to spare euro adapters, snorkel gear and curated a custom guidebook locating fine dining and offering local tips. Hosts Lionel & Michelline were exceptional, responsive and kind.

Fantastic villa located in a brilliant spot
My wife & I were in St Maarten for a week for our nieces wedding but wanted to have a relaxing holiday at the same time and the villa suited our purposes perfectly. Great location but I would suggest you would require a car if you don’t want to just chill at the villa which it is perfect for. The only issue we had was with the fridge freezer which Lionel dealt with swiftly and offered to recompense us for any lost food which wasn’t required. Hopefully we’ll be back sometime!

Honeymoon at Villa Zenitude
My husband and I LOVED staying at Villa Zenitude for our honeymoon. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, even picking us up at the airport. The property was quiet and peaceful. The gardens were beautiful, attracting all sorts of nature. Couldn’t have picked a better place to spend our time. We will definitely be back!
