"The property location was very convenient and it had private beach access. Check-in and out was simple. The condo was very clean and tidy. It needs some minor updating and maintenance. We didn’t realize this was a third floor condo until we arrived. There is no elevator, so it won’t be accessible for anyone with limited mobility or who cannot climb stairs. The parking was a bit tight especially for large vehicles like full size trucks and SUVs. Finally, we had a lovely time and would stay here...

"The condo is exactly as pictured. Clean and quiet! The porch/balcony is wonderful. We spent most mornings and evenings there. The beach was only a few steps away. There were plenty of beach items in the storage shed which was very convenient. The beds were comfortable and the sound machines in each bedroom was an added treat. There is no elevator on site but the top floor views were worth it. We had a much needed relaxing trip! We would definitely stay here again."

"This apartment in Wilmington is extremely convenient and walkable to all the wonderful sites, shops, and restaurants in downtown Wilmington and is only blocks from the riverfront. We never had to use our car and parking was free and adjacent. The room was as described, clean and stocked. A separate sitting room and porch complete with rockers was a bonus. When we mistakenly left a personal item, the host retrieved it and mailed it to us promptly at no additional cost. We will definitely stay...

"This weekend could not have been better due to the accommodations and amenities of Beach, Please! Steps To Ocean. They had all the things readily available for a nice secluded and romantic weekend getaway. We were minutes from downtown Carolina Beach and all restaurants and shops. The place was very neat and clean. No problems at all and will be coming again in the near future."

We were very comfortable for the long weekend and enjoyed the lovely view of the beach from the balcony. "

"The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. Nicely updated and comfy. We loved sitting on the deck overlooking the rocks and ocean. Not much of a beach this time of year apparently but the deck made up for that! Had everything we needed for our short stay. Would recommend!"
