"We really enjoyed our stay here. Host was excellent: knowledgeable and welcoming. Location was good, secluded enough but easy to get to all areas of the island. Food selection in kitchen was fab and available 24/7, never had that at a b&b before. Room comfortable and internet readily available too. "

"Lovely apartment in great location next to city centre. The owner had an issue with previous guests who trashed the apartment, however when we arrived the apartment was clean and in great condition. Only issue was a slight dampness to couch due to him having to clean because of previous users. This would not put me off using this apartment again, thank you for the use of your apartment"

"Such a beautiful stay at the Staycation Maldon. Very nice location at the heart of the high trees. The suite was very beautifully decorated for Christmas and this really made it very special. Spacious rooms with kitchen made it super convenient and comfortable. Aircon/Heating unit in every room was super required due to the cold weather. My wife and I loved it and for sure will be back again 100% recommend!"

"Feathers Shepard's hut is a lovely quaint perfect peaceful get away. The hut itself is beautiful and hosted very well with fresh fluffy towels, tea coffee sugar cereals and milk. Also the bedding was lovely.The only reason I didn't give the full 5 stars is because the 'super king size' bed was in fact 2 mattresses put together. Also the fridge was so very small you wouldn't be able to store food for a BBQ in it."
