No Smoking or Vaping Indoors: To keep the home fresh and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask guests not to smoke or vape indoors. (A $500 cleaning fee applies if any odors are detected.)
AC Thermostat: For comfort and efficiency, please keep the AC set no lower than 73°F (23°C).
Guest Count: The base price includes up to 4 guests. Additional guests incur an extra charge, so please ensure your guest count is accurate at the time of booking.

We love animals, but this home is a pet-free space. Thank you for understanding!
☀ Heads-Up on Maintenance
To keep the home and pool in great condition, the following services may stop by during your stay:
☀ Pool Maintenance: A professional company will service the pool and filter system unannounced. Please leave the pool screen doors unlocked during the day.
Lawn & Pest Services: Routine outdoor maintenance may also occur.
Rare Repairs: On rare occasions, we may need to enter the home for necessary repairs. If this happens, we’ll always reach out to schedule a convenient time for you.
☀ Garbage Pickup
Garbage collection happens once a week. We kindly ask guests to place the bins by the road the evening before pickup. Specific pickup days are listed in the white folder/binder inside the home.
☀ Home Amenities
We’ve stocked the home with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including:
Fully equipped kitchen
Towels, linens, and bedsheets
Beach equipment
Basic starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent), typically enough for 2–4 nights. For longer stays, please plan to bring additional supplies.
If you need a baby crib or high chair, just let us know—we’re happy to help!

If the home has a propane grill, note that propane refills are not provided.
☀ Parking
You’ll have access to one parking spot in the garage and additional space on the driveway. Please avoid parking on the grass.

2. All check-in inquiries for times 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM are subject to availability and can be guaranteed in advance for a nominal fee of half the daily rental price. This allows you to secure your preferred early check-in time while ensuring availability.
3. For free early check-in inquiries for the times between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM, we strive to accommodate them based on availability. Our primary concern is ensuring the best possible experience for each guest, which includes thorough cleaning and preparation of the rental. Therefore, early check-in times can only be scheduled the day before arrival, taking into consideration any prior bookings and our cleaning staff's schedule.
By providing these guidelines, we aim to provide flexibility for guests seeking early check-in while balancing it with the necessary preparations to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and service for all our visitors.
