"We had a great time at Redwood River Resort. Everyone was so nice and friendly and the Deer Haven cabin was a delightful place to stay - cozy and comfortable with fun rustic decor and a big comfortable bed. The heater worked great. The food at Harrison's was very enjoyable also. We will stay here again! "

"Wonderful site overlooking the Pacific dunes and ocean. Many places to sit and absorb the view including a fire pit that we used every night. The internet wifi connection was out the entire time but the owner tried hard to rectify. Because of spotty cell service it was hard to get on the net. Despite this, it was a great site to relax and enjoy the isolation. Although we did not use the kayaks, they were convenient to the waters of the estuary and would be a great way to explore."

Fort Bragg is always on my itinerary for at least 3 or 4 days.I have begun bringing others with me so they may enjoy my adventures.This is my first time staying at the Misty Rose. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year.It is an awesome experience!"

"Family flew in from Texas and we drove to the coast for a few days. This place was perfect. Clean and comfy and close to everything. We will be back"

"Spacious home with all the desirable vacation amenities. The house was large enough for a gathering of at least 10 people if not more. There are only two bathrooms despite having 5 bedrooms, so keep that in mind. The property seemed to be designed with a “man cave” focus, minus a pool table; large TVs in every room with a grand outdoor kitchen. We could not wait until sunrise to see the beautiful views on top of the mountain. I would caution that a good vehicle is needed to get up to the house...

"Great house, excellent location "

"We loved it here. The community is quiet, the little general store had the couple of extra things we didn’t get that we needed when we were in fort bragg. We felt safe to walk there, and it was quick and easy. The view was just incredible, and we loved how secluded we felt. Kitchen has everything we needed, clean and well appointed. We would absolutely stay here again."

"Clean place with an amazing view! The kitchen was sparse but the hot tub and neighborhood were perfect. The path to the beach was a short walk away and it was beautiful! "

"Quiet and chill, right next to long walks. Nobody around, beautiful scenery, and everything at rental functioned properly and was clean, comfortable.Would come back."

"The house was adorable and perfect for our relaxed little family of four and fur kids. We are easy going and really don’t need too much. With that said it was a rainy weekend and the walk from our vehicle to the house was extremely wet, socks, shoes, bottom of pants soaked. A nice little stepping stone walkway would be awesome. But unlike the rest of my family I packed rain boots and didn’t have an issue. The area was serene the hike to the beach definitely a crows mile, we didn’t ever end up...

"The cabin was amazing, cozy and private. My only suggestions would be to provide bug spray or citronella candles. Bugs weren't crazy but those tiny mosquitoes were such an annoyance. As long as we kept moving, which we did, we weren't bothered. The properties little trails were fun, lots of surprises and areas we could sit and meditate for short periods. We wanted to take all our trash out however, traveling from Idaho we didn't plan on bringing any trash bags and we had to empty one of our...

"O hotel é bem conservado, limpo e confortável. O café da manhã foi ótimo. A localização é excelente, a 15 minutos da Avenue of Giants. A única decepção foi o check in. Não havia ninguém na recepção e esperamos mais de 10 minutos. Quando a recepcionista chegou, foi pouco educada e não entendia o processo de check in. Chegou até a questionar o meu cartão de crédito, que eu sempre uso em viagens aos EUA. "
