"It was clean and well stocking with necessities. Very communicative host. Close to shopping areas but also in a nice quiet neighborhood. The pool was clean and there were plenty of space on the property to enjoy family or friends."

"We loved the place. Zoe and Nick provided everything we needed. Laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, ironing board and iron, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar, blow dryer, board games, books, all dishes, pots/pans, and plenty of towels. The AC was perfectly set to keep the place nice and cool. It never turns off. We were in town for a wedding. If we ever need to come back, I would try to find this place again. Thank you, Nick and Zoe!!!"

"LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!Beds were comfortable for our family of 3! Kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was a nice touch and the downstairs utility room had all the beach supplies we could ask for…towels, boogey boards, tent/umbrella, wagon, sandcastle supplies, beach chairs…you name it! Jennifer & her pup Spencer were the best hosts! We had a wonderful time cruising the island in a golf cart. Would LOVE to come back again soon!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this location. It was about 7 minutes away from the closest beach and conveniently located close to grocery stores. The pool was well maintained and clean. The home was clean and comfortable. I read previous reviews about stinky water and AC issues, but we didn’t experience any of that. I would stay here again. "
