Enjoy the Sunshine state in our charming and peaceful home near some of Florida's best attractions! We like our guests to feel like family! We find our home to be very peaceful and in a safe neighborhood featuring the following amenities:

- Newly renovated 1400+ square foot home with 2 full baths, including 1 bath with a walk-in shower, 1 bath with a tub/shower combo, hair dryer, kitchen with newer stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, electric stove and oven, huge refrigerator/freezer, microwave), faux wood flooring and more! Newly furnished with a European meets Southern charm decorating style that is both inviting and cozy and everything you might need for cooking; coffee and coffee pot provided.

- 3 large and spacious bedrooms each with a queen size bed, including a Purple #2 mattress, and Dream Cloud mattress with adjustable frame to raise your head. Sleeps 6.

- Great OUTDOOR living space with a nice size pool under a lanai, table and chairs under a porch roof, lounge chairs around the pool and an outside grill for grilling your favorite meal!

- Laundry facilities including washer, dryer, and iron/ironing board for your use

- Central air conditioning, heat and room air purifier

- WIFI and 2 SMART/Roku Televisions, one in family room is a large 65" TV; the other in the master bedroom with a large selection of DVD movies

- Large 2 car garage with a ping pong table; badminton set for your use and lots of board games for you to play!

Beautiful home with all the thoughtful extras. Got to play ping-pong as well as enjoy relaxing in the pool. We loved the decor and knew we would find great items at Rennigers. Thank you for the use of your home. We are thinking of a future trip down here again.

This was a very comfortable stay. The house is nicely appointed. Very easy to relax. The pool and pool area are nice. Only drawback is it isn't heated.

All the amenities!

This home had all the amenities! This lovely home was in a quiet neighborhood! The home and area was so peaceful. You would never believe that Lesā€™s than 0.5 miles away was a Walmart and all kinds of restaurants. Everything you need close by all while being quiet and peaceful!

Home away from home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A beautiful property, really nice pool, itā€™s close to everything and itā€™s in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip south.

Clean but needs fine tuning

The house was clean, kitchens and bathrooms are renovated. House definitely needs to to be decluttered look like Grandma's house. Fresh comforters on the bed would be great, and maybe call out of landscaper to trim the hedges.

Mount Dora Trip

This house is a fantastic place to stay. Everything was very clean and the house was well furnished and roomy. Perfect location to see the sights in Mount Dora, Silver Springs and the Stetson Mansion. We will definately stay again when we are in this area.

Family Time

We really enjoyed our stay in this property! We were in Florida to celebrate Thanksgivingā€¦it was very convenient for all the grocery store runs we had to make for forgotten ingredients! It was comfortable for our group of adults and one 10 year old. There were games and it was nice to have mornings by the pool even if it was too chilly to swim for most of us.

Very disappointed

The property was not clean. We left the same night we checked into the property. The sheets in the master bedroom had not been changed, as there was body hair on the fitted sheet. I reported this to the owner and she said she would look into it. We have been offered no refund by the owner or VRBO.
