COZY HOME BETWEEN LAKE SUMTER AND BROWNWOOD SQUARE!

The Villages is an over 42 square mile adult relaxing paradise and you can get around the whole space in a golf cart! Our villa is centrally located between Lake Sumter and Brownwood squares, only a 10 minute cart ride to both of those town squares for your live entertainment 365 nights a year! The Villages also have over 80 pools and you will be just a block away from Sea Breeze Rec Center and pool, with all the activities you could want. If you do not want to go to the pool, try one of the over 40 golf courses. We also provide two sets of golf clubs! You will not be let down with the over 2,000 activities provided for you every week (including dancing, pickle ball, polo matches, tennis and Free golf). We would just need your drivers license or photo ID before your stay so we can sign you in. Two passes are just $50 (payable to the villages) for two people for all those activities!

Our 2 bedroom 2 bath villa is centrally located in Liberty Park. The Villa has a one and half car garage for a car and golf cart. A screened in lanai for you to wake up to and have your morning coffee or relax in the outside breeze at night. The side patio has a new grill and a table with chairs for outside dining. Queen bed in both bedrooms.

Everything you need
We had plenty of room and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The kitchen had lots of utensils, plates, pot and pans for cooking, large closets with many hangers, comfortable beds, a golf cart for running around The Villages and a great location. We really had a nice time.

Nice clean house in the perfect spot!
We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was perfect for the 2 of us. We figured out we were in the middle of 2 squares so we went to both at different times. I think if they had some kind of sign in book for people to say what they liked it would help. Also, some list that says to use Google Maps in bicycle mode and it gets all the cart trails. Luckily someone we spoke to in the first day told us so we were able to start to figure out where we were and where to go. But once we figured it out, we love the Villages! We want to come back again and will check if this house is available first! The house had comfortable beds, all the kitchen stuff you need, and most items to get you started. Thanks for having us! We did have a question right when we got there and both the owner and the manager replied quickly so it was perfect as well!

The bedding needs updating because it is really old and worn out. Walked in the place was outdated which is fine but went to bedrooms and bedding was old and ratty looking and I didn't want to stay there. I just continued to stay at my brother's place. My advise is get new cotton sheets and bedspreads. I hate to give bad reviews but with small updates like new linens it would be fine to stay there. the place was super close to my mother's home so it would have been convenient. I gave 3 stars for check-in because I didn't get the door code on first day of original reservation, so I didn't stay the first night. I wanted to add a couple of days before my 3 day and manager said ok and when I showed up there was someone there and I disturbed them. The rental price is good so a bargan but still needs updates on bedding. This place was 3 minute drive from my mom but drove 25 minutes and stayed at my brothers place. I paid all the money for the rental but was refunded the cleaning fee.

Clean and comfortable
Easy communication with property manager, Mike via text. Clean property with easy check-in directions. Golf cart if you want to use it (we didn't). Neighborhood is clean and quiet. Keurig didn't work but there was a full pot coffee maker in pantry, so not a major problem. Very pleased with our stay.

Has to be the best deal in the Villages
Nice 2 bedroom villa with golf cart. Located in a nice neighborhood. All the amenities you might need. Bring your own shampoo and soap. Has keurig coffee maker in case you want to bring your favorite pod coffee. Stop by one of the stores for any food or snacks you might want. Only minor critiques are that the master bedroom bed is a bit squeaky and would like to have more TV channels but we were rarely there since there is so many things to do in the Villages. Would happily stay here again.

Everything was nice. Better vacuuming would eliminate the criticism. My daughter and her children stayed at the home. She is a warehouse manager in Wilmington, NC, and also a VRBO house cleaner on weekends.

The house was very clean and had everything you needed. Great price for this rental. Cable box for bedroom tv did not work. The owner called me and tried to get it repaired. Convenient to entertainment and shopping. Had a wonderful stay!

Great price, great location, awesome cart to use while there, check in easy and nice size for small family. Concerns: the livingroom furniture (couches) need updated; my son went to look under the cushion and we found smoked cigarette butts and it was dirty, we found a dirty wash cloth, someone elses hair in the shower drain in left bedroom, and the small kitchen table where place mats are were observed being dirty/not wiped off. Cleaning company needs to be fired.

We had a good time in the villages as always! enjoyed our short stay at 1616 Allendale The Home fit our needs and was very close to our parents and Very convenient. Only suggestion would be To replace the sheets in the spare bedroom they were balled Perhaps from age and uncomfortable. Other than that it was a very nice stay thank you very much we would like to come back again sometime!
