"Good space for 3 adults and two kids to stay, 25 min commute to Colby college and Quarry Road trails. Couch was comfy and nice for gathering. Beds also comfy and the double bunks were helpful for our group. Plow came quickly after snowstorm. We didn’t get out on the lake due to cold but nice to have it close by. "

"We spent a beautiful fall weekend at Cedar Estates, the house was clean and very well equipped, as described in the listing. We enjoyed a nice campfire on Saturday night at the fire pit. Our 2 dogs really enjoyed exploring and running outside as well! Clean sheets and towels, hot water - lovely overall!"

"This dog friendly 2BR cottage is right on crystal clear Tripp Lake, with a large screened in porch/family room. It is small but very well appointed and maintained. The weekend we were there it was very quiet, and we had the beach to ourselves. Enjoyed kayaking, hiking nearby, and hearing the loons daily. Owners and manager were very thoughtful and responsive. Highly recommend!"

"Me and my two teenagers stayed here for 3 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The home is exactly as advertised, clean, well-stocked and cute as can be. The first night we had a power outage and the wood stove kept us warm (and it was fun and cozy!). Everyone slept extremely well on comfy beds. The shower was perfect and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals.It was truly a fantastic stay and we will be back soon!"

"We booked the house to celebrate the holidays with family from Maine. The house was perfect! Super clean, fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed and the right amount ofspace for 4 adults and two pre teens. The space was cozy and gave us the quintessential Maine LakE house vibe we Desired. The owners communication was amazing throughput the entire stay and after. We will surely rebook again, and again! "

The beds were comfortable.The projector for the movie theater didnt work correctly, its supposed to auto focus and adjust the screen size and that function wasnt working. There was something wrong with the furnace while we were there and at times it was below 60 degrees inside.
