This cabin was wonderful!! It was clean, comfy, and very well stocked in the kitchen with things like sugar, condiments, lots of kitchen appliances and options (for example had a Keurig with pods, traditional coffee brewer, and a French press). The master bed was very comfy and soft! The AC units kept us cool when it got hot, and there were nice cozy blankies for lounging on the couch with at night. There were plenty of towels and linens to use, the laundry worked great. This was one of the best-stocked Vrbo's I have been!
I really appreciated all the deck space and different chairs and ways to lounge outside (hanging chair, hammock, cushy chairs on deck, 2 different tables for dining), and the hot tub was great too! There's a nice little fish pond the kids liked to look at, and there seems to be a family of turkeys that live nearby and would come by once a day, very cute. There is a train that runs somewhere nearby at night but I only heard it a couple times and it wasn't super loud, but if you're super sensitive to noise and go to bed early you may want to take that into consideration. It didn't bother us at all though!
Lena the owner is super communicative and easy to work with, she was so helpful! She answered questions ahead of the trip, was always super responsive and nice. We had a minor repair needed (a door handle that came loose) and she sent someone to fix it right away. We broke a glass and she was very gracious about it and did not charge us either!
I would definitely stay here again and so enjoyed my time at the cabin!! I want to stay here in winter and I think it would be a lovely little retreat in the snow.
