This historic building has poor insulation and old windows, causing cold temperatures in winter. We provide space heaters, extra blankets, and electric baseboard & wall-mounted heaters, but be prepared for cold days.
For guests with infants/children:
-No elevator; stairs must be used within the building
-Baseboard heating is present; guardians must ensure children don't touch baseboards to avoid burns

We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking
