Back home, stock up your fridge and prepare delicious home-cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen and then dine together at the breakfast bar or the nearby table for four - perfect for mealtimes or family game nights. Kick back and relax on the sectional in the living area and stream all your favorite channels in the glow of your fireplace.

This condo also includes central air-conditioning, a gas grill, and a washer/dryer to let you pack light and keep your laundry bright.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
