Come and discover one of the most beautiful views of Gosier, with a breathtaking panorama on the islet of Gosier and its lighthouse, Marie-Galante, Les Saintes, Dominica and Basse-Terre.

This apartment is fully equipped and offers quality services (TV, wifi).

You will find all the comfort you want in a cozy atmosphere for a successful stay.

We provide you with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer, American fridge, microwave grill, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary dishes).

Also a bathroom with jet shower cabin. Household linen is provided (sheets, towels, bath sheets).

The bedroom has a 160 bed. The apartment is fully air conditioned and secure with security door, safe.

An electronic luggage scale is also available to you in order to avoid the stress of a possible invoicing of excess luggage when you return;)

You can park your vehicle in a private underground car park.

The frequent city water cuts will have no impact on your comfort because the apartment is equipped with a city water tank and a booster pump which take over in order to make these interruptions completely imperceptible.

La vue est en effet admirable. Les photos correspondent bien Ć  ce que vous recevez. Seule la douche a Ć©tĆ© transformĆ©e en douche Ć  l'italienne, ce qui ne fait que l'amĆ©liorer. Le petit-dĆ©jeuner offert et les diffĆ©rents produits l'ont rendu complet. Nous avons Ć©tĆ© chaleureusement accueillis par Myriam, qui nous a donnĆ© toutes les informations nĆ©cessaires. L'appartement a tout le confort et avec l'Ć©picerie sous l'appartement vous avez immĆ©diatement toutes les choses nĆ©cessaires. Nous avons passĆ© de superbes vacances dans un tout aussi super Le Gosier et son Ć®le. Un grand, grand merci et peut-ĆŖtre que nous nous reverrons plus tard. Amazing location at Le Gosier
My husband and I came to Guadeloupe celebrating our babymoon. David's apartment was AMAZING!! It has the most beautiful views. We literally watched the sun rise over the ocean everyday! The space was very clean and had everything we needed. We cooked breakfast every morning (there is a grocery store right below the apartment building). There were even beach chairs and cooler that came in handy since we spent a lot of time at Casa Datcha. Everything you need is within walking distance. Checkin was seamless. David's mom Ena checked us in and was absolutely amazing. She made us feel at home immediately. I would certainly recommend this apartment. I am soooo glad we did not stay at resort. This was wayyyyyyy better!!

Nous avons eu la chance de passer 5jrs au panorama de lā€™Ć®let. DĆØs le dĆ©part une communication trĆØs fluide et facile avec David avant notre arrivĆ©e. Nous avons eu la chance dā€™ĆŖtre accueillis par Ena et David (venant de mĆ©tropole la journĆ©e avait Ć©tĆ© longue pour nous) ils nous ont parfaitement accueilli. TrĆØs prĆ©venants, dispo. De quoi faire notre premier petit dĆ©jeuner le lendemain, des fleurs fraĆ®ches, du punch de Ena...accueil parfait! Cet appartement est fonctionnel. TrĆØs bien agencĆ© et surtout TRƈS propre!!! Vous trouverez tout ce dont vous aurez besoin durant votre sĆ©jour. Jusquā€™au pĆØse personne! Vous restez dans un appartement, il peut donc y avoir de temps en temps une porte qui claque dans la journĆ©e mais nous qui avons le sommeil lĆ©ger AUCUNE nuisance! Quel plaisir! Et un lit trĆØs confort. Petite chose Ć  prĆ©ciser Ć©galement, une pompe prend le relais lors des coupures dā€™eau (qui peuvent ĆŖtre apparement frĆ©quentes). Donc aucun soucis non plus sur ce sujet. Un sĆ©jour vraiment parfait. Et un hĆ“te tjs dispo pour vous conseiller vous aiguiller. Allez y les yeux fermĆ©s! La vue est Ć©galement Ć  couper le souffle! Et vous ĆŖtes au centre de lā€™Ć®le. Et la plage de la datcha Ć  10min Ć  pieds Ć  peine. Il est par contre je pense nĆ©cessaire dā€™avoir un vĆ©hicule afin de pouvoir profiter de toute lā€™Ć®le et ses pĆ©pites. Encore un trĆØs grand merci Ć  Ena et David pour ce sĆ©jour!!!

Emplacement idĆ©al et studio propre et accueillant, trĆØs bien amĆ©nagĆ©.
TrĆØs calme, l'appartement est idĆ©alement situĆ© Ć  proximitĆ© de la plage des Gosiers. On recommande l'Ć®let, la plage y compris le soir. Petit supermarchĆ© accueillant au rez-de-chaussĆ©e et autres commerces et lieux de restauration locaux Ć  cĆ“tĆ©. Le logement est parfaitement Ć©quipĆ©, tout y est, du lave-linge au nĆ©cessaire de cuisine en passant par la wifi, la clim, le parking. Vue reposante (voir photos). GĆ©ographiquement c'est central pour l'accĆØs Ć  toute la Guadeloupe. TrĆØs propre et parfaitement entretenu. Merci pour avoir contribuĆ© Ć  ce magnifique sĆ©jour.

Excellent location, clean and well equipped
Everything one could want, extremely well equipped apartment, and an incredible view. Shops, bakery, beach, restaurants, etc. all within walking distance, but a car highly recommended. Indoor parking, but make sure its a small car, because a big one would be impossible to turn around and get back out again! Some issues with wifi and television were rapidly and effectively dealt with. David and Leila are delightful hosts. Thank you for your welcome.

Fantastic stay
We enjoyed our stay at this villa. The view is amazing and the location is perfect for walking to the beach as parking is a big issue in Guadeloupe. The villas is equipped with everything you need for your stay including beach chairs and cooler. The owner is very attentive when needed and Ena (our greeter) was pleasant. We walked to the pier to take a boat over to La I'ilet of La Gosier. It is a small delightful island with a place to have lunch. We did have a car and the villa has a parking garage next to it that you get to use. We drove to Basse Terre and drove as far as we could to the volcano, if you want to go to the top you will need hiking shoes and rain gear. We heard the wind is very very strong. The marina has shopping and many restaurants. Things to know would be, most places close after lunch and do not open until 6 or 6:30. Bathrooms are hard to find and there is a big language barrier so come prepared with a french book. We did love the island for its cleanliness and friendly people and ranked it in our favorite three along with Nevis and St. Kitts and Grenada.

Wonderful setting for a relaxing get away!
The view is amazing any time of day, watching the sunrise or the storms that roll through, and all the activity on the water. The apartment is very clean and efficient. It has everything you need for your stay. Having the grocery store downstairs was very convenient as well. David was very helpful and prompt in answering any questions we had. Just be aware that there are stairs, as it is on the 3rd floor. We are in our mid 70's and did do ok, but was a challenge if we had been out walking/sightseeing. The beach is close by. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property!

Nous avons passĆ© un agrĆ©able sĆ©jour dans l'appartement de LeĆÆla et David situĆ© au Gosier. L'appartement est bien amĆ©nagĆ© et tout Ć©quipĆ©, vraiment on y trouve de tout, de la vaisselle aux produits de base pour la cuisine. De plus, il bĆ©nĆ©ficie d'une vue imprenable sur la mer et sur le splendide Ć®let au sable blanc du gosier que l'on peut visiter grĆ¢ce Ć  la vedette qui assure la traversĆ©e en 5 mn moyennant 5 ā‚¬ l'aller/retour. Le logement est parfaitement sĆ©curisĆ© (porte blindĆ©e, coffre fort, volet roulant). Merci encore Monique

Nous avons passĆ© un trĆØs agrĆ©able sĆ©jour . Ena nous a trĆØs gentiment accueillis avec des planteurs maison . Il y avait aussi de quoi prendre un petit dĆ©jeuner et Ć©galement des condiments" bien pratique ". L'appartement est conforme au descriptif et plus encore . AMAZING APARTMENT
This apartment was outstanding. The location was amazing. The apartment is very clean and has the best amenities, parking spot, fully equipped kitchen, great views, bathroom towels, beach equipment and modern appliances all over the apartment. David, the host, was extremely kind and efficient in assisting with all the details of the apartment, he accommodated the time and in which I came in and checked out. The apartment is also located in an excellent and safe area of Le Gosier. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you David andā€” Ena- was great too, she checked us in as David was not around but still he helped so much remotely. LOVED IT!!!

Parfait pour les vacances
Nous avons passĆ© un trĆØs agrĆ©able sĆ©jour dans cet appartement avec une vue sur l'ilet Gosier dont on ne se lasse pas! Nous avons Ć©tĆ© accueillis trĆØs gentiment par Ena qui reste disponible en cas de besoin ce qui est apprĆ©ciable. Des punchs nous attendaient Ć  notre arrivĆ©e pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue. L'appartement est propre et climatisĆ©, avec possibilitĆ© de n'utiliser que les brasseurs d'air au plafond qui peuvent ĆŖtre suffisants. Nous avons beaucoup apprĆ©ciĆ© de pouvoir disposer de tout le nĆ©cessaire en cuisine sans ĆŖtre obligĆ©s d'acheter sel, huile, liquide vaisselle etc juste pour qques jours. Les propriĆ©taires sont toujours joignables et rĆ©actifs. Bref nous recommandons cette location, proche de toutes commoditĆ©s.
