The location of the home was perfect for us to visit numerous distilleries close by (Woodford Reserve, Wild Turkey, Four Roses, Buffalo Trace and a short drive to Maker’s Mark). Chris was a very gracious host, quickly responding to a small issue we had. The beds were very comfortable. "Our party of 12 came together from all across the country and this location to celebrate the big 4-0 by touring some distilleries on the bourbon trail. This home was in a prime location to be able to fit in some of our favorites in the same day. There was more than enough room for all 12 of us; the cabin is stunning, cozy, and inviting; and their customer service is on point. Thank you for being such a wonderful part of the memories that will last all of us a lifetime!"

"The place was perfect, better than the pictures. Excellent location in walking distance to multiple places even though the temperatures were below freezing. Loved the flavored coffee pod selection. Would’ve liked some creamer. Occasionally heard noise from the next-door neighbors that shared wall, but that was only when I was in the bathroom. Comfortable bed wonderful pillows loved it!"

"The house was immaculate and very warm a cozy. After visiting the local distilleries we came back and enjoyed games of poker and video games provided with lots of fun. Beds were comfortable. Appliances were very nice with plenty of cookware. House was on a fairly busy street but sat back from the road so there was no noise at all. Hope to come back again!"

"My wife and I stayed at this quaint one bedroom apartment as we were in town for a concert. The place is adorable, clean, and wound up being the perfect place to stay. In fact, we have plans to come back to Lexington for another concert next month and I’m in the process of trying to rebook."

"I was in KY visiting a sick uncle, who happened to pass away the day I arrived. This place was just the place I needed. It was so peaceful and beautiful. The house is in a gated, private community and is away from the busy cities but close to this cute little town that has bowling, ice cream shop, tavern, an antique store, and a great Mexican restaurant. There is a gas station and grocery store close by. The house is away from the busy cities. The view of the Lake was spectacular especially...

"The surrounding property is low income but we met several of the elderly neighbors one was actually Santa Claus. I went out early on a Saturday morning to see an elderly man with his bright red trousers with big fuzzy white cuffs feeding his cat. He was getting dressed to play Santa Claus on the Santa train in nearby Versailles, Kentucky. The house is old but extremely clean with comfortable beds and well supplied kitchen. There’s a nearby bakery the outstanding in very easy walking distance....

"The house was fabulous. It was old, big, beautiful and clean; full of character. It was nice to have a pool table, slot machine and an assortment of games to play. The host provided snacks, coffee, water, shampoos & conditioners. Anything you'd need. The house was five minutes from Buffalo Trace and downtown Frankfort. The only downside was the neighborhood. It is very run down, but we felt COMPLETELY SAFE. Side note - Goodwood had great food & cocktails and so did The Stave. "

"Posting is exactly as the property is and more! This place is perfect for friends and family. Perfect meeting of fun and relaxation. Host was amazing, quick response, accommodating and thoughtful. Quick and easy to many local restaurants and distilleries. 100/100 would recommend and we hope to stay again in the future. Absolutely top notch!"

"The house is very comfortable, clean and well stocked. And the location is so convenient to the airport, Keeneland, UK, shopping and dining. And the host is great! We visit Lexington a couple times a year and this is one we’ll definitely want to stay in again. "
