"We stayed overnight to enjoy the Eagles tribute band, the concert. We loved that concert. Clean nice hotel. The housecleaning staff knocked on the door at 9 and asked us to put the sign out to clean when we were done (checked out), said they then wouldn't need to bother us. Why are they bothering us? We are not checked out, it is not checkout time. The deal is to make it easy for them to see if we are in or out. "

"Never stayed there. Host never answered his phone. Had to sleep in my car the first night since it was too late to book anything else. Contacted Vrbo's customer service and was told I would get a refund but I still have not seen it. It has been about 3 days now."
