We were fleeing Hurricane Helene, and Jean let us check in earlier that day. For some reason the dog fee wasn’t charged and Jean didn’t collect it even though I did offer. Not sure what happened with the system. The listing did have a BBQ grill, which I would have used if we had lost power, but we never lost power, yay! I...

"My daughter and I were in the area for a wedding at Laurel Hill which was about 15 minutes down the road. This was perfect for our short stay. We felt safe and had everything we needed. "

"This property is amazing. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch watching the cows in the front pasture. It was so peaceful, we didn't want to leave! The owner is wonderful, easy to contact and quick to reply. We had a wonderful time."

"The drive into the neighborhood was kinda sketchy at first. Driving way way back into what starts out looking like a trailer park with red trash cans that line the street. Then moving farther back into the neighborhood it changes into small houses. Then down sand dirt roads, through the soft sand driveway to the locked gate. Once in the gate you can see the two guest rooms to the left of the property. The main house is gated, which was wonderful for our fur babies. It has a wonderful wrap around...

Remember to bring your login and streaming services they are available you just need to login to yours. Again even though our 20 yr old daughter wanted to stay with her big sister and her nephew gave us some private time!! Thanks again"
