"Kitchen well stocked with dishware, pots/pans, etc. They supplied us with a new sponge and bottle of dish soap which was very nice. AC works very well. Mattresses were comfortable. Overall clean and comfortable. The chair in the living room needs to be replaced. It is not suitable for sitting. It’s so bad that one of the springs is poking out of the bottom. Also, the bathtub spigot in the master bathroom drips. But, other than that, no issues."

"We enjoyed our stay very much but I booked this very quickly without reading all the fine print carefully and looking closely at all the photos. This is a nontraditional rental, in that it has white carpet and very formal furniture. It is not like a condo or townhouse that is up to date with modern amenities. "The condo has very comfortable furniture with a kitchen that is stocked with all of the essential plates, silverware, glasses and cooking utensils. The location is fabulous as the beach is not crowded and is much more interesting than most beaches on Hilton Head as it is on the sound and has lots of interesting estuaries within easy walking distance. Lots of sea birds including two bald eagles, as well as sea grasses, oyster beds, rocks and more.."

"The condo was small, but was fine for just the two of us. My husband is not a small man and so the bed was not quite big enough..but we made do. The area was very nice and since we're there at the end of October, the crowds were down and we liked that. The area had lots to offer too. Beach access was close...no crossing a road...which was great. Everyone was helpful and friendly. We were originally booked for August, but the hurricane was coming and so the owners graciously allowed us this rain...

"The check in and communication with our owner was great- the condo is in a bunch of older condo's- this one is on the first floor with stairs that you need to climb - door is a combo- you walk into the only bedroom which was clean , the bed is comfortable-the shower is a walk in and great- no water pressure though which we knew by the other comments- then the kitchenette and small living area- very functional- couch is older- balcony has a table and chairs to have coffee , pretty view of grounds...
