"If you need an affordable trip with tons of things to do, this is a great place to stay. Tons of great restaurants and activities all in walking distances. Clean and comfy for a night in too. Only con we experienced is an extremely soft mattress but that’s subjective and doesn’t affect ta perfect 10/10 rating. "

"The property was everything we could have asked for and more! My kids had a great time swimming in the pool and exploring the grounds. The pool cover quit working while we were there and the owners came right out to try and fix it. Extremely nice people I might add. Will certainly visit again!"

"Nice house, well-maintained and clean. Location, off an alley, is very convenient. The house was listed as having two twin beds, and there was only one, but the owner is in the process of renovation and maybe did not note this. Not a big deal, we didn’t need it. The house was all we needed and is located less than two miles from Dayton’s campus, so it worked out well. Thank you for everything!"

"Absolutely loved the place and was way better than a hotel and felt like home away from home! Was my first BNB I rented and will continue to choose them over hotels any day! Was very flexible and was able to get in a little early since my son’s wedding rehearsal would have put me there after 9pm. Highly recommend the place "

"The rental was not without merit but for every positive there was a dissapointment. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak....

"I love it! This house lived up to the pictures. The house is clean and beautifully decorated; I can tell the owners take pride in making it a quality place to stay from the penny tile and mosaics in the showers and tile designs on the bathroom floors to the refinished original woodwork and exposed brick, to the furniture and wall decor and to the little oasis on the deck and the sensor lighting for the walkway. "I enjoyed staying at this property. Older home, but super clean and everything worked. Listing was correct on all parts. Only problem " I" had was with the TV. Needed passwords which I did not remember to take and instructions would have helped me. Would not have a problem staying at this property again. "

"The location was perfect for our needs but very busy train tracks. Spacious with high ceilings and comfortable furniture and beds. Small bathroom with great hot water. Coffee maker didn’t work well and would benefit from new carpet. The kitchen was updated and had everything we needed. Filtered water in fridge was welcome. "

"I made a 2 day reservation and was working night shift and was unable to be in there until the next morning of reservation, little did I know I had to check in by 3 am that evening so my reservation automatically cancelled.
