Bright and spacious apartment of 70 m² on the ground, located on the 2nd floor of a typical Savoyard house from the 18th century, it contains 2 bedrooms, a large living room with large picture window (3 French windows) and 2 terraces for lunch / dinner outside and take full advantage of the lake and mountain views.
A large living room of 32 m² includes the kitchen area, the dining room and the living room (equipped with a sofa bed and a 40 ’’ TV)
The first bedroom of 13m² offers 2 single beds (which can be combined into a double bed) and a cot.
The second bedroom is in the attic of 20 m² on the ground, equipped with velux windows, accessible by the internal staircase: equipped with a double bed and 2 single beds (which are in fact simply good mattresses placed on the ground, allowing thus to easily modify the configuration of the rooms: a mattress can easily be put in the 1st room). All bedding is new (purchased in 2019).
The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine
So, with the sofa bed in the living room, it contains 8 beds (+ baby), but its maximum capacity is 6 people (+1 baby).

In addition to the basic equipment, you will find a 40 '' TV, WiFi internet access, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, Table + chairs on the balcony, raclette, fondue, music system, hair dryer, many games, many books, baby booster, cot, satellite TV.
A mini outdoor ski room is also available, at the bottom of the stairs. A second terrace is also for your exclusive use at the intermediate level.

The beach and the Doussard nautical base, located just 1.8 km away, offer: swimming, volleyball, tennis, mini-golf, children's games, restaurants, tourist office, sailing lessons and catamaran rentals, dinghies, windsurfing boards, kayaks and canoes.
