You can take a trip up to the Strip, or enjoy our sparkling swimming pool, hot tub, multiple Smart TV's with major streaming sites, and BBQ in our private backyard. Surrounded by stunning golf clubs and restaurants, our beautiful three-bedroom home was intentionally designed for you!

Welcome to your Las Vegas getaway! We are tucked away in a friendly, calm neighborhood just outside the rush and bustle of the Strip. Enjoy the bright Nevada weather by lounging on our chaises or swimming in our lovely private pool! Our 2,000sqft, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is tastefully adorned and thoughtfully planned with you in mind.

Take advantage of the high-speed wireless internet, a fully equipped, spacious kitchen for family dinners, and don't forget to include your furry friend! Our airy, open concept lends itself to group gatherings and endless entertainment.

Bedroom 1: 1 King

Bedroom 3: 1 Twin bunk bed plus 1 pull out trundle
Living room: Sofa bed & 1 air mattress

Please note that the sofa bed CANNOT pull out. If you need additional bed space, reach out and we can provide more air mattresses.

** Pool Heating **
Pool heating is available so you can enjoy it during cooler weather! There is a $100/night (from Nov-Mar) and $60/night (from April-Oct) and it must be paid for the entirety of your stay.. Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your check-in as we’ll need time to properly heat the pool for your stay. The pool will be heated to approximately 84 degrees. Please also note that the pool and spa rely on one heating source and can only be heated one at a time.

Pets are welcome for a $150 fee for the first 2 pets. There will be an extra $50 charge for the 3rd pet. Guests are required to clean up after their pets, otherwise, additional cleaning fees will be charged.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
We have a ring/security in the front/back of the house.

Quiet hours begin at 10 p.m. All backyard lights must be turned off during quiet time, according to the city's Airbnb rules.

Please keep in mind that our home has a maximum capacity of eight guests. We will not allow any visitors inside or outside who exceed that number. We are grateful for your cooperation!

By booking, you agree to all house rules:

If you want early check-in or late check-out, please reach out 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Availability is dependent on whether there is another same day check-in/check-out and may be subject to a $75 fee. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $100 charge.

Unapproved pets (with the exception of licensed service animals) will result in a $500 fee and may result in an immediate eviction.

Smoking - Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and / or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are strictly observed. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event.

Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.00.

Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine.

House Rules - Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and / or eviction from the property.

NOTE: We will require a signed rental agreement and proof of ID within 3 days to finalize your booking.
