Viva Las Vegas! Welcome home to our Spacious 2,958 sqft fully-renovated & stylish 5 Bedroom Villa with 8 Beds and 3 Baths. Enjoy a luxurious & memorable Vegas vacation with our modern finishes and open concept entertaining space! Come to relax in our outdoor Jacuzzi Spa or take a dip in our sparkling private swimming pool! **POOL IS NOT HEATED** Conveniently located and only 15 minutes away from Downtown Las Vegas Fremont Street and 20 minutes to the infamous Las Vegas Strip!

⭐️Our single-story home with almost 3000 sqft of living space for everyone to stay and enjoy! Newly installed luxury vinyl flooring throughout and cozy carpeted bedrooms.

⭐️ A beautiful remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops and island to chef up a freshly cooked meal with all the basic cooking essentials provided.

⭐️ Freshen up in one of our 3 stylish bathrooms with white cabinets and modern black fixtures.

⭐️ Relax and enjoy a movie on our big screen TV or open up the blinds to full floor-to-ceiling windows and views of our backyard and pool area.

💦 Take a dip in our private swimming pool and large backyard! **Our pool is NOT HEATED** or destress in our outdoor Jacuzzi Spa with massaging jets.


Things to Note:
📝 Guest will have access to the entire home during their stay with the exception of 1 locked maids closet.

📝 You will have access to a 2-car garage and a large driveway to fit all your vehicles. Please do not park on the street.

❌ABSOLUTELY NO Events, Parties, or Large Gatherings at this property! Only registered guests allowed. Any event that will consist of people coming to the home that is not a registered guest is prohibited.

📝 Quiet time outdoors 9PM-9AM

🐶 🐱 We are pet friendly! Pets allowed for a $50 fee per pet, per stay. VRBO has a new pet feature to add your pet on the reservation, but even if you enter the amount of pets you have you only get charged one fee. **IF you have more than 1 pet during your stay we will send you an additional request for payment for the extra pets.

**DISCLAIMER: To monitor guest occupancy and for your safety and the safety of others, surveillance cameras are installed outdoors at this property.

2 Outdoor Blink Cameras that record both video & audio. They are located: at the front door entrance and the side driveway.

**We utilize a Minut device in the outdoor backyard area to monitor noise levels during our quiet time hours from 9pm-9am. This device doesn’t not record sound or video. Please message us with further questions. We are happy to help.

My 25th birthday
This property was literally 10/10. So spacious the pool/hot tub was perfect for me & my homegirls! I have absolutely no complaints. Wish I can give this house more stars host was so responsive as well. The house was definitely the highlight for my birthday thankyou so much!

The accommodations were great for our larger group of teenage boys. We were able to comfortably fit our entire team and loved the extra amenities provided in the house. The host communicated well and responded quickly, they were super personable and informative. Would recommend and book again for next years tournament!

Basketball Camp
House was perfect for our intermediate basketball team. The host provided all the little things that I found other VRBO's did not, Q-tip, TP, PT, soap, snacks. . . etc. We were happy had a rice cooker. Would like to rent again next year.

Wonderful weekend stay
Shalina was incredibly responsive and helpful. From the outset all details about the property were provided. Check in was easy and straightforward. The place is very well laid out and clean. It has all the amenities you could want towels, linens, pool towels, kitchen equipment, laundry room, etc.. We were in town for a boys basketball tournament and had four adults and eight 15 year old boys. They all enjoyed the pool, Jacuzzi and pool table. There were plenty of beds for everyone to have space to sleep. Shalina was also very kind to give us a late check out when our Sunday games were rescheduled for later times on Saturday night. I was so relieved that she responded immediately, and was so accommodating to us at the last minute. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the place and will definitely try to stay again for any other tournament we have in Vegas.

The property had plenty of space for our group, but it was short on seating, towels, washcloths, plates and coffee cups. If you advertise accommodations for 15 you should provide enough of the amenities to accommodate that size of group. The owner was very responsive to our requests and I would rent again if those issues were addressed.

Excellent Communication Great Stay HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
The house isn't perfect, but it was perfect for our family. We had 16 of our family members staying in the house. It is a nice large house. Plent of linens for everyone. I LOVED that they has Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner for anyone that forgot theirs. They also provided cotton rounds, Q-tips, blow dryer, straightener and curling iron. Communication was EXCELLENT!!! She even helped advise us on Freemont Street parking. If we needed anything she was a text away with quick response time. It is a little hard to play pool as the pool table is really close to one wall, so that was kind of a bummer. My only other wish is that the outside curfew was later than 8 so we could enjoy the hot tub at night. Overall it was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it!

Great house
Scheduling and communication with the host was easy and flexible. We were in town for a wedding, and the host was agreeable to letting us check-in early so that we could make our event on time. The house is large and very clean. The pool could use a good cleaning and the back yard some attention, but I would definitely recommend this host and this house.

Beautiful house and even better pool
This was perfect for our summer family trip to Vegas. The house was nicely remodeled and very comfortable. Plenty of space for all 16 of us. And everyday was fun for the kids with the pool, bbq, and just relaxing. A ways away from the strip, but in good proximity nonetheless. What I love most was the responsiveness of our host. We were missing a remote and she had a new one overnighted to us the next day. Very impressive response. Thanks for making our family trip so nice.

Loved this 5 bedroom home!
My family and I traveled to Las Vegas to celebrate my sons 21st bday! This home did not disappoint, kitchen was fully stocked with everything you may need to cook your own meals. Shalina was awesome when we ran into a small issue, she took care of it right away. Beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were fully stocked with toiletries and extra towels! The pool was perfect for the 100+ degree weather. My niece and nephew were in the pool by 8 am each morning we were there. I highly recommend this home for those that want to stay away from the strip to escape the noise but be close enough to enjoy it with a 10-15 min drive. Thank you Shalina I look forward to staying in your home in the future!
