Inaccurate, misleading description. Not comfortable for large groups.
Listing advertises room for 14 people: this is far from true. There are only 5 beds, two of which are singles. There are three proper bedrooms, not four. The rest of the “beds” are air mattresses, several of which are broken. Cheap pump running off D batteries is near the end of its life. We had to buy our own air mattresses. Most of these will be placed in the “theater room”, which is a converted garage. Amenities are cheap, carpet dirty. There were only 5 forks in the house. Pictures are misleading and multiple couches (probably presented as beds) were not present. We had to contact the host to find any additional bedding to sleep more than 5; it was in a locked closet. This only worked because our flexible group is used to camping. Pool is not heated. No shuffleboard.

DO NOT rent this dump! The puctures are clearly from a long time ago. This place is run down, the plants are dead, they DO NOT clean this place. The air filters are black and clogged, the pool had crap all over and in it. Ill gladly send anyone pictures for reference. The dished in the dishwasher were disgusting, the soap in the dishwasher had mold on it. The projector does not work in the theater room. The seats are torn and covered with duct tape. The carpets are disgusting and worn, pretty sure they havent been cleaned in a decade or so. AND its NOT a 4 bedroom. Throwing a daybed in a closet does mot make it a 4 bedroom. The outdoor kitchen is filthy and the landscaping is nothing like the pictures. Most of the plants are dead. And there is no outdoor bed by the pool as advertised. Just dirt and dead grass. I paid WAY too much for this dump for my sons wedding party and beyond disappointed. The owners apparently dont care. Once they get your money its all fine for them. I rented a true 4 bedroom a few blocks away for my inlaws for half the price and so much nicer. Save your money. Dont rent this dump.

Plenty to do
My family had a great time. We loved hanging out in the pool and enjoying movies in the movie room. The pool table and the arcade games were also a hit. If there is one thing I wish was different it would just be to replace the pillows.We will stay here again when we need a little break

Perfect Stay in an Entertaining House
Our stay couldn't have been better. The house comfortably slept all six (6) of us humans, four (4) adults and two (2) teenagers, and two (2) dogs. Location was in a good location about 12 minutes north of the Strip. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was no shortage of entertainment at the house. The swimming pool was perfect for those of us who wanted to relax as well as those who wanted to play. The pool table inside was frequently used, my teenager fell in love with the NBA Live arcade game, the theater room aired many a movie, and board games and poker were played deep into the night. I tried to beat the high score on Ms. Pac-Man but could only get frustratingly close! It was an easy trip into downtown Las Vegas, and there were no shortage of stores and restaurants in the local vicinity. A Smith's and Walmart Supercenter were within a couple miles of the house, making cooking in at the house an easy choice for many breakfasts and dinners. The host was extremely responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we need. Check in was super easy. We're certain to rent again when we come back to Vegas. Highly recommend it, especially for any families looking for a fun place to stay.

I want to start by saying this isn't a 4 bedroom house this is a 3 bedroom house, I'm glad we took picture when we checked in because two of the three bedrooms had big holes behind the door, I had to clean the refrigerator before we could put our food inside of it. We could not get the surround sound to work in the theater room I reached out to the owner he replied 5 hours later by than we gave up, we had to clean the pool before using it because it was full of leaves and the yard is super small the pictures for this house was taken at a angle to make everything look bigger, the floors were dirty we have to sweep. They rigged the patio door by putting blinds on them which makes it very hard to go into the back yard and is a hazard because if that's the only way out of the house in an emergency you will not survive getting out through those doors. Would I stay here again no, would I recommend this house no but because it wasn't what I was expecting and I was disappointed with the house doesn't mean someone else will not like it. Everything isn't for everyone and everyone has their own likes and dislikes.

Our EDC stay!
Upon arrival of this house we had activities planned early in the day and had requested an early check in. Daniel responded with such urgency. He let us check in early and made sure everything was working just right. We had no issues with the house at all and would 100% book again. It was clean… Neighbors were very nice and the house was just beautiful. RECOMMEND HIGHLY

The stay was ok. It would have been better with just a few small updates. We ran out of toilet paper and looked everywhere to no avail. The listing had pictures of a shuffleboard which was not there. The air hockey table is broke in the base so it wobbles and puck gets stuck under lip. The pool table is positioned weird so your backed up against a wall trying to play. The air conditioner was set to a schedule and would go to 74 at about 3am which is too hot. One bed is a blow up mattress and the beds are very hard with small, flat pillows. Blackout curtains and complimentary ear plugs would have been nice. The wind blew the trash cans against the house all night. There was not enough adult silverware or cookware. A pizza pan would be nice or some tin foil as to not mess the oven. None of the remotes worked, very complicated tv system and should leave extra batteries and got way too hot in the media room to use it. Outside was nice but better pool accessories for adults and umbrellas. The strip was not as close as i was expecting based off the listing though uber was not bad. Expected a little more for the price but overall we made do and had a good time.

Solid Vegas Party House (with a few notes below!)
Stayed here with 7 of my friends for a “bachelor party”, as part of a combined bachelor/bachelorette with my partner/wife staying on the Strip with her half. Overall, this place was almost perfect for what we were looking for (a bachelor pad to bunk 8-10 guys) and was only a short ride to the Strip and a lot of other activities. However, a few issues I will highlight: 1 - The listing is misleading about the # of beds and bedrooms (which a previous review alerted us to). There are only 6 beds proper, a couch, and a couple futons. We slept 8 and may have slept 10. The listing lists 14 - this includes 3 air mattresses which are not in the listing. I encourage the host to change the description accordingly. 2 - Was excited to use several of the cool amenities but found a couple things not working. For the home theater, this was not set up to stream (which is how everyone watches everything now) and at least it had DirectTV but out of 5 remotes could not find the one that controlled this either. We never ended up using it the whole trip (maybe bring your own Chromecast or Firestick?). Same for the living room TV - remote did not seem to work. The pool - I was excited to learn this was heated but the host informed me he was in the process of fixing this too. I can’t imagine it is easy to keep up with the wear and tear of a Vegas party house, but encourage the host to fix these issues as well.

Bachelorette girls weekend!
House has so many amenities we had to spend a day to use them all! Amazing BBQ outside area. Beautiful pool set up too cold for us to use due to weather and time of year. Dipped our toes just to say we got to experience it! Rooms are spacious we were able to have dinner, game time and hang out with out being on top of each other. We were sad that the shuffle board and sectional not in the house. Smaller couch but added a vending machine. A little price but nice to have options for drinks and snacks. Over all super happy with the place and the house. So fun to place all the arcade games, air hockey and billiards table. Very nostalgic. We were able to get Ubers quickly to go to the strip and have more fun!

Unique Space for everybody
Very unique space for all to enjoy. We ranged in age from 3-70 and everybody had a great time. Close enough to everything and more! We did the strip, Hoover dam, Grand Canyon, historic Route 66 to Oatman and Laughlin. Pool was a little too cold to enjoy but otherwise the perfect space for all. Highly recommend!

Wonderful House with A Lot to Offer
This is a great property in North Las Vegas. It is only a $20 UBER/LYFT ride to get to downtown. House is well furnished and comfortable. Very private yard with a beautiful pool.

Loved the house but it was way to small for my group. Listing stated sleeps up to 13 but IMO it’s for max 10 ppl to sleep comfortable, other than that I enjoyed my stay. Would recommend.

Twin daughters 21st Birthday Celebration
The house was very clean and spacious. The theatre room was a great place to hangout. The weather was nice and warm enough to hang out at the pool. The neighbors were very friendly. About a 20 minute uber drive to the stip wasn't bad at all. We had a blast! Will be back soon! Thanks for having us!

Families first time to Vegas
We traveled with a party of 7 ranging in age from 2-76. The house was awesome the kids loved the movie room. The games throughout the house also kept the kids occupied. The only downfall was the pool wasn’t heated or cleaned during our stay. Daniel thought of everything and he was very easy to reach out to with any questions. Giving returning guests a discount will make it easy for my decision to rebook in the future.
