Located less than 1 mile from McCarran International Airport, 1 mile from UNLV, 2 miles from the Las Vegas strip and easy access to the 215 highway makes it a perfect location to get around Las Vegas.This home’s 1,500 square foot floorplan and features 3 bedrooms, all with new mattresses and comfortable bedding, 2 baths, pool & back patio for eating and relaxing. A garage offering parking for 2. Ample of drive up and off street parking as well.

If cooking is your thing, you’ll enjoy our fully equipped open kitchen, Or dine in the sunroom with sitting for 6 or patio, illuminated sitting area and gas BBQ.

Fun Stay
The property was a good distance away from the strip. Not too far, not too close. We did struggle finding good parking for the strip but that was user error. The property itself was well maintained and the area/neighborhood was clean and felt safe! We loved the pool even thought it was too cold to do much swimming, we still tried.

Lovely house exactly as advertised. 10-15 minute Lyft ride to the Venetian depending on time of day, so this turned out to be a great option when I was in town for a conference and wanted to stay off the strip. Host was responsive and everything was super straightforward. Thank you for a good week!

Admittedly, we weren't around much, but the house met our expectations and needs. We were in town for an event at the Las Vegas Convention Center. We used a mix of public transit and ride shares to get around rather than renting a vehicle. However, the property having a garage was part of the consideration before we made that decision. We did not end up using the pool, largely because it was much cooler and dark outside when we returned. We did eat breakfast and made sandwiches to bring with us most of the days we were there and the ammenities allowed for that. Overall, it was a good experience.

The property was not in good shape: cracked and heaving tile floors throughout, broken doors, dead cockroaches in ceiling light, mold in shower, chipped paint and cracked walls, backyard full of debris and clutter, stained comforter and chairs, etc. The floors were so dirty our socks and feet were black. A dishwasher is depicted in the house layout illustration but it was not provided. Complimentary coffee was not there and the coffee pot was stained. The ice maker in the freezer did not work so we had no ice. Gourmet kitchen was a joke. We also felt the neighborhood was unsafe. Would NOT recommend to anyone! I am shocked there are so many positive reviews. I will be contacting VRBO directly with photos.

This place was clean and comfortable and away from the hustle and bustle when you need to relax after going out and about in Vegas. The pool was nice for all of us especially when you aren’t use to the heat and was a wonderful personal paradise.

Grand Canyon rest and a visit to the Strip
The property was great - it was exactly what our family needed to relax and recover after a grueling 3-day/2-night hike down the Grand Canyon and back on unmaintained trails. It's far enough away from the Strip to allow some quiet from the 24/7 action, but close enough for easy visits. The owners were great, communicated well and timely, and made the overall experience pleasurable and worry-free. One star downgrade for the neighborhood (which is really out of the owners' hands) - it's not super disconcerting, but it's also far from your 1950s white-picket fence property. Overall, a great value for what it offers!

At can drop off, it was a questionable exterior, which only got worse. The temperature in the house was a balmy 😬61 degrees but during nightfall it was 57 degrees. The thermostat? Locked up under plexiglass. They said they’d come turn it up and from there we heard a variety of stories-all different than what they told vrbo when I reported our stay. The owners did say they’d relay us our cleaning fee and 3 days stay if we didn’t say anything negative. But really, isn’t the truth the best since who knows who all have felt negative about this stay. Very run down. Floors heaved and cracked and likely to cut your feet. Couldn’t open or close the tiny master bath door because of floor upheaval. Had to wear shoes for safety but also the floor was freezing too. No internet or tv. There are TVs but no hookups. No dishwasher. -just a hole. All doors have been broken into. The exterior bank patio has been broken into enough-it does not lock anymore! The master bed has a hard core 3inch piece of foam that is like a board but you aren’t sleeping anyway-it’s too cold, and the windows allow EVERY sound. The airport. The sidewalk 2 feet from your window- yup. Heard it all. I’ve got pictures of anyone would like. NOTHING in this hosts pictures match reality. But it is clean and there are beds everywhere so if you have a huge group…the pool-though not heated-needs repair at this time too, as per owners daughter. I hope I get my money back. I hope the truth about this posted.

The host worked hard to get us checked in early. The house was clean but run down. Beds were nice. No jacuzzi hot tub as advertised. We were looking forward to it. The pool is not heated. The house got quite chilly at night and the thermostat was locked up. No extra blankets. Messaged the host about how to get netflix going with no response.

The property was cleanly and spacious. Pool was cold but thats not the fault of the host. If a heated pool or hot tub was avaliable, thats how we would have spent our nights. Would def stay here again.

Overall stay was good. Host was kind enough to allow early check-in due to our early flight. The house was as advertised. It was too chilly to use the pool. The only issue we had was the metal gate to the driveway. Someone had to get out of the car and manually open and close the gate every time we left and returned to the house. Other than that, our stay was nice.

Came with my team and family to attend Annual Company Convention. Love the location and having a nice big kitchen to prepare meals. Several people have special diets. Kids love the pool and Netflix. Location could not be better, 5-10 minutes to MGM where I needed to go for Convention and less that 5 to airport to pick up and drop my team members. Manager so very helpful too.

Zur Buchung: sehr netter Kontakt, Informationen wurden alle rechtzeitig geschickt und bei Nachfragen, wurde auch schnell geantwortet und alle Fragen zur absoluten Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Unterkunft: Alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Inneneinrichtung ist schon etwas älter, störte aber überhaupt nicht.

Spacious, responsive host, good location, run down
Our group enjoyed our stay here. We had an event at Thomas & Mack center and this house was an easy walk, well lit, to and from there as well as to and from a nice grocery store- Vons. The communication with the host was very good. They responded very quickly. The house was clean enough, it had a very strong smell of cleaning product. It felt like there was still a layer of grime on things, but we could tell they did try to clean. The house was spacious, the patio and pool area were very nice and relaxing. The biggest discrepancy is that the online listing displayed 3 bedrooms with a queen size bed in each room. This was perfect for our party of 3 couples. This is not how the house is set up any longer. There are 3 bedrooms, one has a queen bed with a firm but comfortable mattress. One has 2 full size beds with softer, comfortable mattresses and the 3rd bedroom has two twin size beds with very thin, not comfortable mattresses. There is also a sun room that has a queen size futon, that someone could sleep on. We would recommend the host supply more pillows for the guest, as well as kitchen towels. Overall, the house is nice, and we could tell they try to keep it clean and put effort into making it as nice as they could. But it is an old house and it is run down. There is no dishwasher in the kitchen, so guests have to hand wash the dishes. The freezer was leaking into the refrigerator, and then the refrigerator froze some of our food. The host did say they were looking into this issue following our stay. We did not want them to have it fixed while we were there. We would stay at this location again.
