Good Vibes off the strip, 5BR with 2 King Beds + Pool

WE DO NOT HAVE CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS. We will take care of everything.

Your private sanctuary has 2 bedrooms with King beds, 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, and a secret room with a Full sized bed. 3 bathrooms, a loft, a well equipped kitchen, and 3 smart TV's with Cox cable, and 2 smart TV's with the option to log into your Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Disney account. Enjoy the blissful backyard, mature landscaping, pool/spa, covered patio with table and chairs, the Weber barbecue grill is hooked up to natural gas so you will never run out. The property is in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. The Las Vegas strip is only a $20 ride share away.

The property comes well equipped with all the comforts of home. If by some chance you need something that is not there, don't hesitate to ask for it. We live a few houses away and we probably have it at our house.

The property, as required by the city of Henderson, has a noise monitor inside and outside the home. This device does not record. It only measures noise in decibels. There are security cameras on the outside of the home to ensure only registered guests stay on property.

* The pool and spa are getting a face lift in January 2025 and will not be in operation.

* The pool and spa will be open February 2025

Family Thanksgiving vacation

Beautiful Retreat
The home was spacious and beautiful in a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities we needed. Luke & Karen were quick to respond we needed. we did not need much the home was stocked with all the comforts. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Will definitely book again in the near future.

Our group of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Vegas. Good Vibes was conveniently located to shopping, the strip and all the outdoor adventures we booked. Plenty of room for all. Wonderful stay
I surprised my husband for his 60th bday. All of our kids came and this house was absolutely perfect. The house was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was super great as well. Lucas was incredibly responsive to any questions or whatever we needed. I would highly recommend staying here if you have a group. We will be back.

Lovely House in a Great Location
Everything was wonderful!: The house has a great layout, comfortable beds and furniture, and updated bathrooms and kitchen. The location is fabulous as the house is in a very nice neighborhood, is at the end of a quiet, cul de sac, is VERY close to lots of restaurants, stores, etc., and is only 15-20 minutes to The Strip. The owners are very friendly, helpful, and responsive.

Very clean and welcoming.

It was our 37th Wedding Anniversary and we decided on a Vegas get away (our daughters decided to join us which made it much more WONDERFUL!). Luke and Karen were amazing!!! Very open and responsive throughout the entire process. Their home is beautiful, clean and has everything any family would need. Very nice and quiet neighborhood; close to EVERYTHING! Outdoor area well maintained and very relaxing. Pool was VERY clean and well maintained. It will definitely be our place to stay on our return trip to Vegas. Amazing stay. Luke and Karen are so kind and attentive, if we needed anything they were on it. The pool was so nice for the Vegas heat, and the house is located near so much we loved the location. It’s a 20 min drive to the strip so it was nice to party and then go home to hang out. The bedrooms and bathrooms are so nice and everyone enjoyed their stay. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice stay in a quiet but really awesome neighborhood!
