Nice place to stay

Very nice property and landscaping, the house was nice the neighborhood was decent,convienient to downtown, the only problem was the mattresses on the bunkbeds, very worn with the springs poking your back, and little ants on the counters in the kitchen and bathrooms I forgot to mention it to the property manager, but other than that this was a very nice place to stay, very comfortable and private. would highly recommend

The house condition was good, broken blinds in each room, nasty blood on the long pillow in the master bedroom, which was covered with the pillow case we didn't see until we removed them to put in laundry, and one of the worst things was the shower in the master bedroom mold throughout, i have pictures of each item

Incredible host

The property was great and the service was absolutely impeccable! The AC has issues very late on the Sunday night before Memorial Day and the host had it addressed and fixed right away the next morning despite it being a holiday at last minute notice, incredible! Unbelievably good host.

Absolutely NOT what I was expecting

Upon arriving to the property I was greeted by the stench of the heaping pile of trash that was overflowing from the previous people that stayed there. Also while getting settled in the house I realized the neighborhood wasn't as nice as I was expected there were police in the neighborhood every night that we stayed. Once inside it did look like the pictures however it was clear that the pics were taken a while ago. The material on the recliner chair/couch was peeling, the bench at the table the bottom wood was broken and hanging on the floor, there were blinds missing from several windows, no smoke detectors, MOLD IN THE MASTER BEDROOM (once discovered we only used the other restroom), my daughters got bit by a bug in the bed which lead the three of them to have to sleep on the couch. Thus our overall experience wasn't that great. I have pictures of everything and will reach out to the property manager.

Absolutely horrendous host support

House is in a fairly rough neighborhood. Pictures do not reflect size of house itā€™s smaller but ok for small family. There is a lot of bad flooring in the bathrooms from water damage and Iā€™d suspect some mold if one was to dig deeper. You canā€™t make lipstick on a pig and make it better itā€™s still a pig. The biggest issue here is the host is horrible and heaven forbid you need to contact them it will not happen until well after and they will claim little responsibility. We were locked out one entire night because of the lack of them doing their job!! We had to find another place to stay change flights etc all to be told they messed up and were sorry so here is 150 refund! Absolutely unacceptable in my eyes all things considered. VRBO did their best to make it right cudos to them. But be warned this is an owner and host that do not take your comfort and safety into consideration over their own money made!!

4 of my friends and I booked this spot for our weekend trip to Vegas. The location was the perfect distance from Fremont and the strip. The house was clean and exactly as advertised. I would recommend this place for folks looking to visit Vegas and when I come back to Vegas Iā€™ll be booking here again

House is smaller and more rundown than shown in the pics on the listing. Carpets are dirty. Check in was easy. Location is borderline. Donā€™t feel good about being outside after dark. Streets are not well lit.

Never Again

A very bad experience our first private rental and a very bad birthday experience the furniture is raggedy a dinning chair leg broke the sink backed up the air-conditioning didnā€™t work 2 big water bugs rain to the front door as soon as we opened the front door patio furniture was dusty the dish drainer had food in it and the sponge for dish washing smelled and also had food on it. So many horrible things I'd like to speaking with Vrbo's customer service about this whole ordeal

Decent house overall; we had no issues during our stay. Host relayed all relevant details ahead of time, and rideshare was reasonable. The bedrooms get quite warm at times, even with air conditioning running. Fortunately, the main area was consistently cool. The immediate street is alright, however the surrounding area is not walkable at night.
