It is a combination of Two Deluxe Balcony Suites (Adjoining / Side By Side).

Size: 1,100 square foot.

Please ask any questions you may have regarding the room layout, sizes, etc. before booking these suites.

Guest access ;

You will have full access to all the facilities of MGM Signature Tower Hotel, unless it is restricted for any emergency / events and or is otherwise stated, Please ask front desk at the time of check in.

Additional Charges ;

1) Housekeeping (Optional): Charges applied based on the MGM Price List

2) Early check-in/late checkout fee: $ 55.00 per hour, subject to availability

3) Upon booking confirmation we will send you a payment request of $ 88.44 per night being resort fee, It needs to be paid through VRBO before the check in. we cannot add these charges in the pricing because it varies based on the number of nights.

4) Extra Service Charges: Any charges that occur during the stay (Housekeeping, Room Service, Bars, Coffee Shops, Laundry etc.,) will be requested to be paid before check out date.
