"The beach house is a classic old florida style home that has been thoughtfully redesigned as a great rental property. The home was very clean; space is well used, with everything neat and organized. We really enjoyed the firepit, and made use of the mini golf and pool table as well. Just be careful when shooting pool, as the screen is very close. Although we were in town for a wedding, we managed to get to the beach for a short time one morning. It is a quick easy drive to Indian Rocks Beach...

"House was great- very roomy, two bathrooms with showers, plenty of towels, large kitchen. The back porch was a great bonus and the outside deck was shady with lots of seating space. The house is packed with beach items including beach towels, beach bags and umbrellas. There is darts, ping pong, books toys, etc. Shannon was very helpful on check in and stayed in touch throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again. "

"To start the owners are very accommodating with issues with payment or financials. The house was very clean, very tidy and very spacious for all that we had and that was 10 people! The view was amazing. The amenities were great. The house is in a great location where you’re 20 minutes from just about the beaches and the shops! I would definitely recommend for big family going to visit."
