"Great Hotel in a great location. We loved the 25 minute stroll into town each night, past the great bars and restaurants. Beach access was straight across the road with free beds. Free parking etc. it was just great. Room was lovey, only slight criticism was few places to hang towels but you could get them changed if they didn’t dry. All in all a great place!"

"Kathy & Chris were fabulous hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and their tips regards restaurants, places to visit and the general area were very helpful. Property is lovely, garden and pool gorgeous and views are just stunning. We had a very restful, comfortable and happy week, not doing an awful lot, other than fussing and playing with the cats who are so friendly. Thank you both for a wonderful week."

"Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay, the hosts were fabulous and nothing was too much bother considering we managed to livl ourselves out the first night after a long drive. The villa is spacious, clean and has everything you need it’s like home from home. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever stayed in. "

"L’appartement est correct, mais le responsable invisible et ne répondant pas à notre demande de changer une ampoule électrique ..on a vite compris qu’il ne fallait rien attendre du responsable.L’endroit est tranquille mais assez loin de tout et pas facile d’accès. Patricia et Jean."

"Hallo zusammen, wir waren 3 Wochen in der Anlage. Bei der Anreise hat das Check in super funktioniert. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben sehr groß. Leider muss ich auch einiges bemängeln. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher war nicht sauber. Hatten Ameisen in allen Schränken von der Küche und die Töpfe naja. An der Einrichtung gehört auch so manches gerichtet. Wenn man diese Mängeln behebt, ist das wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft. Grüße Familie Unbekannt."

Nikos was the perfect host, attentive and communicative but not over-bearing, simply offering guidance and support when needed. "Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, Blick aufs Meer, man ist im Grünen durch die Olivenbäume. Die Vermieter-Familie kommt aus Frankreich und sind sehr aufmerksam und nehmen sich zurück. Viele gute Tipps von Ihnen bekommen. Es war wie im Paradies. Mit dem Auto 7 Minuten bis zum kleinen iStrand, steinig dafür fast allein am Strand."

"2 weeks in this glorious villa, Maria and family came a few times to clean and change beds, they were very welcoming and lovely. Pool was lovely temperature and clean. Car is essential as location is a little remote (not a bad thing). Beds are very firm but didn’t affect us. Simply glorious."

"Gorgeous property in the tiny village of Kathiana just 5 minutes from Chania airport. Too nice to stay just one night before flight home next day. Very clean and very friendly staff. Beautifully designed and decorated suites. Left before breakfast served but the staff made sure we had tea and coffee to go. It should be noted that it is in the middle of nowhere but that is part of the charm. Ordered take out pizza that was excellent. Highly recommend especially before a flight out."
