BEAUTIFUL RETREAT WITH EASY ACCESS TO ALL ISLAND

The bungalow is set in the grounds of Villa Malvasia. Clients have exclusive use of the heated pool (extra charge 50 euros per weeks heating recommended in chiller month) BBQ and kitchen, outside lounge area, sunbathing terrace, summer house and gardens. The property is one of oldest on the island but has been fully restored so has all modern amenities. Situated in the wine growing area, and very popular with walkers and cyclists, but is in easy reach by car to all resorts. The village of Tias is 5 minutes by car for all groceries, for the early birds you can call into Antonios for croissants as they open at 6 in the morning. Puerto del Carman which is 10 minutes by car has all the beaches and is one of the main tourist places. But if you are into surfing, no worries, the property is near the beautiful beach of Famara, again 10 minutes in the other direction. Just past that is the old capital of the island, Tequise, which has a market every Sunday, not to be missed for that bargain.

Wonderful place to stay and visit all around
At first we were a little worried about whether we should really share the property with the owner of the house, but the opposite was the case. Debbie was virtually out of sight for the two weeks unless we had questions or needed help. Then she was always available to give advice and support. We also enjoyed the service that the pool opened early in the morning and closed in the evening. The house, pool and grounds were great. The outdoor kitchen and the seating in the beautifully landscaped garden are particularly positive. The location is excellent for easy access to all attractions. Our slightly wilder boys (6 and 6) thoroughly enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. Maybe we'll come to Lanzarote again - then we'd be happy to see Debbie again.

The villa is perfect, located in a not crowded area, with a great swimming pool and a awesome landscape. It's easy to reach all the rest of the island with the car. Debbie is a perfect host, we really appreciated the stay and would definitely recommend it!

A lovely property and stay
The property and owner are lovely. The house is well appointed and the pool/garden area is a delight. The outdoor kitchen around the pool is a lovely space where we spent most of our time. This is a great property for a quiet but high quality break.

Une superbe semaine passée à la casita qui est un magnifique oasis de verdure où il fait bon se détendre. Debbie est aux petits soins pour les locataires et d'une discrétion sans faille. La maison est idéalement placée pour découvrir l'île. A réserver sans hésiter !

A beautiful oasis
Debbie's place is fantastic and we had a wonderful week there enjoying everything the property has to offer. Little touches like milk being provided for our first morning coffee, and a great selection of English TV & film channels, made the stay even better. This is a self contained oasis which is quiet and completely private. The BBQ area demands special mention as it is extremely well equipped and my partner thoroughly enjoyed being BBQ king. For nights we didn't feel like cooking there are excellent restaurants less than 10 mins away, and even Playa Blanca was only about 30 mins. Debbie was onhand if needed, but never intrusive. Highly recommended and we'd definitely stay again.

PERFECT - A very enjoyable stay
The accommodation is clean and tidy with all you need for a sunshine holiday with comfortable beds and hot showers. There is good WiFi in the house and pool area and lots of tv channels. The outside space /pool area is an amazing green oasis which is somewhere you can spend the days and nights surrounded with a well maintained private garden with lots of space to enjoy…… All to yourself. Location is good with the peace and quiet of vineyards surrounding the holiday house. Tias is 7 mins. in the car for grocery shopping and eating out. Your privacy while staying here is uppermost in Debbie’s thoughts and unless you need help or information you would think you were on your own. Many thanks Debbie x x

An idyllic oasis
Wow! Debbie's Finca is simply wonderful. We are a family of 4 (2 children aged 9 and 6) and this property was a perfect getaway for us. The location was spot. Located in amongst the vineyards, it is remote yet only a short drive from all the places you'd want to visit. I found the area really interesting and was nice to pop into the Bodegas nearby. The villa itself is spotlessly clean and a good size for a family of 4. The higlight of the property is the garden area and pool. Which you have exclusive use of. Really private and the outdoor kitchen was fantastic. We mainly ate at the villa and Debbie has the outdoor kitchen set up with everything you need to cook outside with ease including the fridge, sink and huge bbq. The terrace area for eating is beautiful and we spent relaxed evenings over dinner with the kids. There's also a lovely outdoor lounge area to sit and enjoy a few drinks. The pool is heated which was great for an early November visit. We were in and out of the pool all day and the outdoor shower room was also really convenient. It was actually hard to leave the villa to explore the island. We did enjoy a trip to Famara, the green caves, the water park, submarine dive, Las Grietas and Timanfaya. Debbie was an excellent host, incredibly welcoming and helpful. Her recommendations were very useful. She was nearby if needed but not intrusive in any way. Thank you for everything, we didn't want to leave.

Amazing place to stay
We had a week here with our two boys (6+9), the location was perfect for us, pretty much central to the island so great for taking our boys to visit plenty of the islands many sights, beaches and attractions. The villa itself was beautiful, quiet and peaceful which is lovely to come back to and spend quality family relaxing time. The pool is lovely and refreshing to cool down in (and difficult to get the kids out of because they loved it so much), but also in the evenings it’s heated so usable in all temperatures as the island cools off and the sun goes down. Debbie and her mum are lovely and fantastic hosts. Our boys loved Debbie, she is super helpful and knowledgeable if you need information about the sites and attractions around the island, she also loves her beautiful garden area which is really lovely to relax in. We had everything we needed (cooking facilities and relaxing space) and the villa was like a home from home for us we will definitely be returning. Thank you.

A lovely peaceful location to relax
We loved our stay in this comfortable property with everything that you need. The garden and pool area are fantastic, along with the BBQ area. Location is great to get around the island. Debbie is a very helpful unobtrusive host.

Debbies Ferienhaus/Anlage ist einfach wunderschön! Das Haus ist recht mittig in Lanzarote gelegen, außerhalb aber trotzdem nahe zur nächsten Stadt, toll gepflegt und wirklich schön hergerichtet. Mein Mann und ich verbrachten sehr schöne 11 Tage dort und genossen nicht nur die Ausflüge ins Land, sondern auch ruhige Pooltage in dem schönen Garten. Vielen Dank für Alles, Debbie!

Perfect peaceful location
Debbie’s property is fabulous if, like us, you’re looking for something out of the main busy areas. The location is perfect - the only sounds you will hear are from the local birds. Supermarkets and restaurants are within easy reach by car and the roads are in excellent condition. The house itself has everything you need for a restful break with a fully equipped kitchen should you choose to cook. There’s also a great outdoor kitchen area too for those lovely sunset meals. The pool area can be locked - ideal if you have younger kids that need to stay safe. The second bathroom, beside the pool, is excellent and saves traipsing water back into the house. Debbie and her mum are on hand to answer any questions you may have or for restaurant recommendations. Would definitely return in the future.

Beautiful Peaceful Villa
If you're looking for a relaxing and peaceful holiday this villa is great. Debbie is a great host nothing too much trouble, and of course not forgetting her mum too. The villa is equipped with everything you could need .The gardens are beautiful this is where you'll find the wonderful big salt water pool.Would definitely recommend.

If you are looking to get away from everything to a property that has everything then this property ticks every box. A fantastic villa away from the hustle and bustle of town, yet only 10 minutes drive should you want to visit the town or beach. Tranquil paradise
Second time here for us, and we rarely go to the same place twice. Love the location, far removed from all the resorts and the people, great for relaxing and discovering all that Lanzarote has to offer. Car essential but then the whole island is within easy reach for trips out in the days, relaxing in the pool after. We took our own Bluetooth speaker and we were perfectly content not using the tv at all, great Wi-Fi setup both poolside and in the villa. Had a great stay!

Fantastic Villa for restful break
Wonderful stay at Debbie's villa. Debbie came out to find us when we arrived (turned out we were just outside!) and provided a welcome pack which was lovely. Location excellent for exploring the island. Villa has everything you'd need - lovely gardens, pool, great seating areas, comfy beds, coffee machine, TV & Wifi. Debbie is just across the front garden and the pool area and outdoor kitchen are in a private second garden area. Would highly recommend and hope to return. Thanks for everything Debbie :)

- Innenräume: Diese sind wie auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung dargestellt, jedoch teils unsauber (Haare, unsaubere Küchenschränke, gebrauchte Ohropax unterm Bett vom Vorgänger, Wollmäuse unter den Betten, muffiger Geruch aus Nachttischschränken) -Außenanlage: Sonnenschirm sehr alt und teils defekt, Auflagen für die Liegen waren muffig und daher auf Grund des Geruches nicht zu nutzen, Mobiliar im Essbereich mit unhygienischen Kissen ausgestattet (mit vielen Flecken), Sitzgruppe auf Podest hinter dem Swimmingpool ebenfalls mit dreckigen Kissen ausgestattet, so dass man sich dort nicht wohl fühlt. - Sitzbereich vor dem Wohn-/Küchengebäude: lediglich ein kleiner Sichtschutzzaun trennt diesen Bereich von dem der Vermieterin. Das war aus der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich. Zusätzlich wurden abends gegen 19:00 Uhr die Wassersprenger aktiviert, so dass hier ein Sitzen nicht möglich war. -Gasgrill: Grillrost durfte nicht benutzt werden, sondern nur die darauf befindlichen Grillpfannen/Grillplatten, die jedoch unhygienisch waren (offensichtlich seit längerem Zeitraum nicht mehr richtig gereinigt worden), von dem 2-flammigen Seitenbrenner war einer defekt. Dunstabzugshaube über dem Grill verfettet und absolut ekelhaft. -Außenpool: sauber und beheizt, jedoch war eine Unterwasserlampe nicht mehr befestigt und schwamm lediglich an ihrer Stromzuleitung im Wasser -Lage des Ferienhauses: Sehr gute Lage, unweit des Flughafens, dennoch sehr, sehr ruhig! Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel mit dem Mietwagen zu erkunden. Ein sehr gut sortierter Supermarkt mit Frischfisch, einer großen Fleisch-, Wurst- und Käsetheke ist in Tías nur ca. 10 Autominuten entfernt. - Gesamtbild: die Fotos scheinen den Zustand von vor mehreren Jahren wiederzuspiegeln, die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen, hier müsste unbedingt investiert werden. Die Fotos vermitteln eine saubere Anlage, was wir nicht bestätigen können. -Allgemeiner Hinweis: Der Müll kann nicht am Haus, sondern muss in den an der Straße befindlichen Müllcontainern entsorgt werden. Nach einer grundlegenden und intensiven Reinigung und ein paar geringfügigen Investitionen in die Ausstattung wäre das Ferienhaus durchaus wieder empfehlenswert. Debbie ist eine freundliche Gastgeberin und kümmert sich um die Gäste. Sehr gutes WLAN. In der Beschreibung fehlen die folgenden für uns wichtigen Hinweise: - die Vermieterin wohnt mit auf dem Grundstück - die Klimaanlage ist nur gegen Gebühr nutzbar
