"We really loved the garden and the birds including a magnificent nuthatch, which visited regularly. It was wonderful to be in nature, we enjoyed the walks, the nature reserve and wild swimming. Meal in the restaurant was excellent although service if drinks was slow and mains came literally as soon as last mouthful of starter taken and plates hadn’t been cleared.
