Holiday apartment, right on the water. With a beautiful view of the ditches and fields of the Kingdom of the 1000 Islands (a wetland nature reserve in Broek op Langedijk - North Holland). 20min. from beach and sea. 10 min. from Alkmaar and 30 min. from Amsterdam.

Deposit is EUR 50 p/stay - upon arrival.
You will receive a rowing boat and canoe free of charge with your stay.

The apartment consists of the upper floor of a renovated more than 100 year old coal barn. The authentic beam construction is still present, which gives it a special and warm appearance. The apartment has several separate areas for living and sleeping. A partition with the two single beds and a section with a spacious double bed (1.60x2.10m).

A total of 58 m2 living and a sleeping area, making it wonderfully spacious. The bathroom of 8m2 has a toilet, shower and a 2 person infrared sauna. In addition, there is a large outdoor terrace of 24 m2. The kitchen is fully equipped. Under the dining table you will find a hidden billiard table. TV and WiFi available.

The apartment has its own entrance. The beds are made. Towels and teatowels are provided. Final cleaning, tourist tax and all energy costs are included in the price. A rowing boat and canoes are also available free of charge. Bicycle rental possible in the village (also e-bikes).

We have our own field in the nature reserve, with a terrace and picnic table. Row 100 meters and you are there!

In the area there are many opportunities for boating, swimming, fishing, cycling and walking. You are in the countryside, outside mass tourism and yet close to the dunes and sea, old towns (Alkmaar, Hoorn, Edam, Amsterdam and Haarlem) and a wide view of the nature in the area with the bulb fields in spring. 3 km from Heerhugowaard train station and 50 km from Schiphol.

There are good restaurants and a full shopping center within walking distance.
