"The property was amazing!! The pictures do not do it justice, extremely spacious, clean, and amazing yard for kids to run around, great lake access, and huge fire pad for the family to warm up around. They also provided large amount of fire wood, full stocked kitchen, board games. True lake house. The host was extremely friendly and helpful! Reached out to us before our trip to let us know to reach out with any questions and quick to respond. If we can we’ll book again when we come back!. "

"We were there for my step-son’s wedding. We were on the go constantly of course. The house was so pretty and we loved how close Downtown was, it being just right there at us. I would definitely recommend it. I wish we could have stayed an extra day or so to recuperate and relax after being so busy. Thank you Chris."

"We really liked the property. Clean bed linens and towels were appreciated. Some updated living room furniture would be nice, more seating, perhaps? Also, a bedside lamp or two instead of the very bright overhead fan lighting. Was grateful for the iron and board. Porch tables were very precarious. Maybe a game or two, uno or Yahtzee. But overall, we were happy with the accommodations. "

"The property is located close to downtown Rock Hill. Not the nicest part but not the worst. Houses in neighborhood easily build in the 1940s. Luther did a good of refurbishing the house to make the inside comfortable and functional. We were visiting for a sports tournament and home was conveniently locate to the multiple venues and within 5-10 minutes to restaurants and stores. Luther was great host and very responsive in answering any questions and addressing concerns."

"This was the perfect retreat for a weekend away with my roller-coaster enthusiast of a son. The cottage was spotless and had all the amenities we could ask for. The pull-out couch was the most comfortable bed ever! We used the kayaks on the lake and I enjoyed much-needed “me time”, reading my book on the dock. Short drive to Carowinds for adventure!"

"we were very happily surprised when we got to the property. It was exactly as listed with perfect accommodations for our two small poodles and grandkids. "The house provided a nice place to relax and retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. With Beautiful lake views all around, we were able to enjoy coffee or hot chocolate on the porch and watch the sun rise over the lake.
