"Overall our time spent at this home was great! It was the perfect place for all of our friends to meet up for labor day weekend and reconnect after some of us have moved away. The pond wasn't very swimmable - the water plants were so tall they were touching the surface/just beneath the surface from the bottom of the pond and it was quite shallow. Was fine for us to float on but again, not really swimmable. The home owner was quick to respond when the front door automatic lock wasnt working...

"House was nice but no mention of tons of stairs to actually gain access to property was deceptive from property details. We should have asked owner PRIOR to making the rez, as we clear on having an elderly dog, who struggled to get up/down all the stairs. Lugging all our stuff in/out was a hardship as well. Mid way thru our stay we had a random person put a key in door and barge into the home with an attitude, saying they were an "associate" of the owner, and we were supposed to be checked out...

"After no contact from the hosts, we drove to the house to discover a steep driveway covered in snow. Steps had not been cleared of snow. I hope that they are okay and not absent due to an emergency- but there were seven of us visiting from out of state - stranded by the hosts who provided no means of entry. "

"We stay here frequently when visiting family. We definitely enjoy the happy hour and the great breakfast. A new addition is the contactless checkin, using your phone as your room key. We still had to stop at the desk for the drink tickets. Perhaps they could just put them in the room, but as they weren’t busy it was no problem.
