The owners, Stayce and Judd, could not be more accommodating, kind, and helpful, and the loft is just immaculate. The grounds are stunning, and the farm animals and pups are the icing on the cake. "Hello, If you're planning a small family reunion and need plenty of space for your party of 15, this house is well appointed and very spacious on a quiet lot in suburban Philadelphia. We wanted somewhere close to Longwood Garden that was wheelchair accessible. I might recommend some grab bars in the ground floor bathroom, but otherwise we had a great stay."

"This is the second year that we’ve stayed here. This year was even better than the last because the weather was perfect for porch sitting and being entertained by the chickens and guineas 🙂 Very clean and had everything that we needed for a relaxing stay. "What I liked was that it was great for two couples to stay in instead of a hotel. You have a spacious clean house with all of the necessary amenities available. Although we had no children it was kid friendly. The host was most gracious. He was always in communication making sure we got in ok and gave me his number in case there were any issues. We were invited to visit the farm and he accommodated our availability. It was so fun seeing all of the animals taking a walk and having a buggy...

"Great location, nice people, house was very clean and beautifully decorated, owner left us eggs, butter and milk, feed for the goats, apples for the horse and donkey, wood for the fire pit. House was so spacious, and kitchen/dinning area was perfect for meals and craft night. Screened porch was perfect for relaxing in the evening and morning coffee. Definitely want to plan another visit."

"Everything would have been wonderful except for the attitude of the owner who was quick to blame us for something we had no control of. We were quite content and lucky the bath house was so convenient because one of the toilets on the boat did not work. He insisted it was our fault and was quick to blame. In his defense he did send someone out very quickly to see if it could be fixed. "
