"The house lies in a busy neighborhood, but was suprisingly quiet. It was a short distance from both Buffalo and Niagara Falls. The house was very nice and the doors auto lock. The only downside was even though we were upstairs, we could hear the guest downstairs moving around. It didnt bother us, but some people may not like it."

"I would definitely stay here again. Kelley was excellent at communicating with me and answering any questions. The house was clean and decorated very cute! They even had up a Christmas tree and decorations at Thanksgiving! Kitchen was stocked well. Beds were comfortable. The location is very convenient to so many places. It was the perfect location for us. There is a train track across the street just as an FYI. We will definitely look for this home when we need one in Buffalo again! Thanks...

"Location was great! Neighborhood was nice and good for walking the dog. Property owner was responsive when items were needed for the rental. The entire rental needs a deep clean and some more seating for the TV room. Maybe a few upgrades to the furniture, appliances, kitchen ware etc."

"Stayed for the Bills/Chiefs game. Quick 20 min uber to the stadium. 5 adults, 1 kid, 2 furry people. Plenty of space for everyone, with extra room. Beds are very comfortable. House was stocked with everything we needed (kitchen, towels, etc). Communication with owner was excellent. The neighborhood is more of an up-and-coming area which is accurately described in the listing. All in all - great landing spot for our group."

"We are a family of 4, our children are 13 and 5. We loved that everyone had their own room. Our 5 year old still takes baths and there wasn’t a stopper for the tub so he couldn’t take a bath- the shower head wasn’t very high pressure but it was fine. Located between Allentown and Downtown, we were able to hit all the recommended places. Bus ride to Highmark Stadium was an easy walk. The suite was clean and cozy!
