Sandstone Lodge can accommodate up to 20 guests! This beautiful cabin is located in a nature lover's paradise featuring amazing views. Take a soak and enjoy nature in the private outdoor hot tub and gather around at the outdoor firepit area. Sandstone Lodge is perfect for generational families, large groups, and friends for your perfect vacation getaway!

Please Note: The base rate for Sandstone Lodge is for 8 Guests. Additional Guests/ Children (Over the age of 2) are $20 per night per person. Maximum Occupancy is 20. You may update your guest count before check-in.

Fully stocked kitchen with plates/cups/bowls, dual Keurig coffee maker with carafe and pod feature, glasses, silverware, cookware, bakeware, utensils, large and small, appliances, and pots and pans.
*STARTER SUPPLY* of hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, dish tabs, and trash bags * Please make sure to pack extra of these for your stay as only a starter pack is provided.
Linens and towels- Fully made beds with sheets, blankets, comforters, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, dish rags/clothes for washing and drying, misc.

Fall trip with family friends
Very spacious layout for big groups. Private with woods all around. Hot tub was nice and so was pool table. Only complaint was there was a massive amount of dead ladybugs near the windows but were able to sweep up. Would come back!

Triplets 30th Birthday Celebration
My triplets turned 30 on October 11th. Family and close friends spent the weekend together to celebrate. The property was very accommodating. Different groups were assigned each meal, we played games, carved pumpkins, did a wine and bourbon tasting, watched the OSU game and did some hiking. The wrap around porch was the best part, everyone was able to all be together doing different activities simultaneously. The hot tub and pool table were also a big hit. I would highly recommend the property. The only negative item was the driveway going down the hill needs some repair.

Hidden gem
The house by far has been the best i have rented yet. It was absolutely amazing. Down to every last detail was perfect. The driveway could cause some issues but a minor inconvenience for such a beautiful house.

Not 20 and other issues
This property would technically sleep 20, but there is only comfortable seating for 3 in the living area. There are some weird benches and the dining chairs. 20 could not be served from the kitchen. It was clean. The hot tub water was weirdly slimy, and there is no where near it to hang or lay towels. We had to hook them on the doorknob. No furniture in most BRs other than beds, so phone etc on floor. Host never replied to inquiry pre-check in. Very difficult to find and no directions, and I’m from HH. No games, puzzles, cards. Proximity to Christmas Rocks is nice.

Beautiful home with all the amenities
A beautiful weekend with family and friends. The outdoor space has a fire pit, corn hole boards, a grill, large hot tub, wrap around porch with large picnic tables and a porch swing. Inside is a pool table in the basement, a fully stocked kitchen, a wood burning fireplace, comfy beds and a pine wood boho decor which makes for a cozy retreat. The check in/out process was easy and the place was clean! A beautiful property!

Cabin Getaway
The cabin had wonderful views, and very nice accommodations with modern and clean appliances. The only improvements would be small creature comforts like tissues in the rooms and filters for the coffee maker. Our experience with Rise Lodging was excellent, between communication and immediate service of the hot tub. I was impressed by their speed and professionalism. I would highly recommend this cabin, especially for a spooky Halloween time getaway. Turn on alerts for escaped prisoners, it may just save your life. 5/5 would recommend.

Fall Family Get Together
Our family loved our stay at Sandstone Lodge. The cabin was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were decorated tastefully. Jennifer, our host, even went to the trouble of ordering a load of firewood to be delivered to the spacious fire pit! We had a large group of 18 members of our immediate family and the cabin accommodated all comfortably!

Pictures don’t do this place justice
We had a group of 8 adults staying at the property. The house feels much bigger than what the pictures display. We had everything we needed for the stay, plenty of stocked items for the kitchen and genuinely would go back again. Was about a 20 minute drive to the main trails of Hocking Hills. Great communication with our host and was better than expected home.

Scenic Getaway
Overall pleasant experience. Lots of space, secluded, nice outdoor amenities (hot tub, games). Location is on outskirts of hocking hills and is close to the correctional institution.

Worn out
House is beautiful and scenic view wonderful. I would if given 5 stars but the place needs help. The curtains in the two downstairs bedroom are bad one had see through curtains to doors off the deck the other bedroom was missing a curtain we had to hang a towel up and there was about two feet of the curtains laying on the floor. Wood hand rails are falling apart, hot tub dirty with no head ready and gravel in the bottom of it. The kitchen was nice but all the pots and pans are either stained bad or the one and only pan you have to fry in is a deep fry pan that has half a Handel. We used one of are own hand towels to dry the dishes because the ones they have are really stained. The football. table is nice but is broke so you have to chase the balls. I know these are really small things but for the price you pay we expected more. I wanted the place to be like the pictures it showed, but it was not.

Great Location
This was a great location which was very private allowing our dogs to run. There were lots of comfortable beds and the timber frame structure and open ceilings were beautiful. The only issue was VERY limited internet access which was an issue for my adult children who tried to work remote.

Great stay
There was 12 of us and it was a really great stay! The check in process and communication with Jennifer was easy and simple. The house itself was beautiful and well furnished! If you're coming in the fall and care about football, we recommend picking a BYE weekend as Wi-Fi could be spotty out in that area which means it's a PERFECT location to disconnect and bond with friends or family! The check out process was also seamless. Definitely planning on coming back :)

Cabin was nice. Nice kitchen that was well equipped. Cabin was not the most clean I’ve ever experienced. There were dead bugs on a lot of the window sills and floor. There is a mouse. One of the beds was missing sheets. All and all descent cabin for a weekend getaway.

Beautiful Cabin in an almost perfect spot
I really enjoyed my stay at the Lodge and so did all of my guests. The check-in process was simple, the lodge was in great condition with a gorgeous view and the hot tub was all you could ask for. Plenty of amenities and space for everyone as well. The only thing that bothered some of my guests was how close the lodge was to the correctional facility, which I must admit was a little bit spooky when coming in and unsure if I might've made a wrong turn. But other wise, the location was great and not too far from all the other available activities in the Hocking Hills. All in all, I would definitely recommend the lodge and if I ever have such a large trip will consider coming back again.

Not the best, not the worst
The cabin had a lot of great amenities, including cornhole and outdoor connect 4. Limited kitchen supplies, not enough sheets or pillows, the oven was not working properly (shutting off and on), and the location is around the corner from a corrections center/prison. The cabin itself is very nice on the interior and exterior, clean and easy check in and out process.
