"We really enjoyed Rushay - the house, Cottage and grounds are beautiful. Full use was made of the tennis court and we drove to Charmouth for an early morning swim each day. The beds are really comfy and the bathroom facilities are good. We did feel that the kitchen equipment needs updating a little - we just managed to cater for 20 between the two kitchens and using quite a few items brought from home. Altogether though, a really lovely time was he by all!"

"The property was in a lovely quiet location, beautifully maintained and very comfortable. Great communication with owners Matt & Abby and very welcoming when we arrived. Location was perfect for exploring Somerset, we visited several National Trust places and the north coast neat Dunster. Lovely weekend away, would definitely stay again and highly recommend."

"Cosy cottage? This is a 3 Bedroomed, large house with the owner living next door. It is very comfortable, especially the downstairs. Its in a lovely area for walks etc.- we took our bikes and had a lovely time seeing some small villages around and a great Pub,10 minutes walk away. "Set in idyllic surroundings the house was a perfect place to relax and unwind. The location was great and central to many villages, towns and lovely walks. It was fully equiped with everything you need. Rob and Kath were extremely welcoming and on hand for any advice or questions. Great place for a family who love adventure and being able to bring our dog with us made it even more special. Simba, our dog, especially loved his early morning play dates with Noah and Barney. "What a stunning cottage in the most beautiful area! And I cannot recommend Adrian and his daughter as hosts enough. The cottage was perfect for our family celebrations, had everything we needed, was very comfortable and clean with fans provided for the warmer nights too, bonus! "We had a lovely stay, the property was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The location for us was great, if you like walking then highly recommend. Within 40 minutes drive there is a large number of places to visit and the village has everything you need. Pub within a couple of minutes walk as well as shops for supplies. Would happily stay here again."

I was here to work on some writing and it was pretty ideal. (I think Agatha Christie might approve.) You can go into Wells for wonderful food and enjoy the walks. The staff here is truly lovely. "

"An oasis near the centre of Taunton - All I needed was a beer, some food and a very comfy bed after a hard day and they obliged in ample measure. Although the chef count was down to one through an absence they still managed to rustle up a nice meal (thanks guys). The bed was huge and the room nice and large. Breakfast was ample. All in all it was what we all seek but find it hard to discover these days - Good Value. "
