"We loved the large kitchen and big table which was why we chose this place. We were coming to FL to visit our family and had a nice dinner and game night with room for all 11 of us at the table. The paddle boards and kayaks were great. We loved using those. Only thing we wished was that the fishing poles were in working condition as that was another reason we chose this place. But over all it was really great. We would stay there again. "

"A quick stay with a good friend on our way to a family wedding further south in Florida. We enjoyed the lovely cottage - it was decorated beautifully and very comfortable. I am in love with the bath wallpaper!!! My only suggestion is to add hand soap in the bathrooms, and to have a non-dairy creamer/sugar for those that may want it. The owner was very good with communication and let us know that we could check in early as there wasn't a guest on our arrival day. We enjoyed exploring Bradenton...

"This was a last minute VRBO find during peak peak season in Sarasota near the the beach islands and resorts. Couldn’t have been more relieved when we arrived after a 26 hour drive thru heavy traffic, to find a clean, well kept bungalow that had clearly been remodeled and repaired. "We had a group of 9 friends staying here and had a great time. Plenty of room for everyone and having a bathroom per bedroom was a plus. The convenience of the beach was great and the pool was central to a lot of our time together. As others have noted, the construction next door was ongoing but we tuned it out after a bit - they seemed to work 7a-3p daily. "We stayed here for a soccer tournament in Sarasota. The hosts were responsive when we had questions and all that good stuff. Some places were closed because of the hurricanes, but that was expected.All in all it was a good stay. "

"The place was very comfortable and quiet and reasonably priced. We liked the open concept with the tile floor on entering. A little maintenance is needed. Several light bulbs out and the towel rack in the master bathroom is falling off."
