"Very basic facility. No tv even though instructions on how to get tv and satellite to work. No air conditioning. Carpets were completely worn out with burns and stains. The rug on top of the carpet was twisted and deformed. I don’t recommend this facility."

"Property as advertised, perfect for our family reunion. Especially loved the many chairs and tables in kitchen area, that's hard to find for a big group. Great communication with owner."

"The place was very comfortable and spacious. We had space to meet together as a large family as well as some place for people to separate. I really enjoyed getting the kids out on the lawn, the views of the lake and the easy access to Garden City. The south beaches were also very close. The home was well appointed, clean and easy to get to. I can’t say enough great things about our experience. "

"I like that it had the right amount of beds and a working microwave and fridge. I didn’t like that there was no WiFi and the check in process was very confusing and the man who checked us in acted very weird and was not helpful."

"Great home for a large group of 50. Fully furnished kitchen, we had all the supplies we needed. Set up of the home is great for quiet areas and well as gathering areas. "

"Great host, great communication, right next to the pool and you could view the lake from the back patio which had shade on both sides."

"Amazing place. Bedrooms for everyone and well stocked kitchen. Grandkids loved the playset out back and the fire pit. Movie room was great once we figured out the system. Extras were nice: kayaks, toys, movie choice, ping pong table, hot tub. Didn’t find the listed paddle board, pool table or arcade game. Had a marvelous time and highly recommend the rental!!!"

"Really great place to stay right on the water. Not for families that have anyone who has trouble with stairs. This place is all stairs, 3 floors. We had a group of adults and young adults and had a great time paddle boarding and spending time on the water. This unit is right in the center of 2 other units, so if anyone is on the deck in the other 2 units, you are in each others space, meaning you can hear their conversation and look right at each other, even though it is divided by railings....

"We loved our stay here! The views from the windows of Bear Lake are spectacular! The home was very clean and very well supplied. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and other necessities. I liked how the kitchen was labeled with where things are so it was easy to find things and put them back again.
