Dogs are not to be on furniture, beds, or any carpeted areas. Dogs must be leashed outdoors, and waste should be disposed of immediately. Non-compliance will incur a $100 fee from your deposit for waste removal services. Dogs must not be left alone in the property unless they are in a crate.
